Great location! If you are looking for quiet time during the evening hours this isn’t the place for you as The Brunswick restaurant is directly below. If you like music and a great view, it’s an amazing spot!

Great location!

Great central location for day trips, and then you get relaxing views and sounds of the ocean. There is music from the bar below, but it was a fun atmosphere and we found it enjoyable.

OMG the view was amazing! Very clean and modern. Plenty of sleeping space for 4, incredible! We are thinking about renting it again next year! Definitely recommend!

Party spot

Property was hard to locate. Inside, was very nice and clean. View was a 10/10 & balcony 10/10. The noise of the bar was crazy and didnt stop till 2am. Funiture and pictures vibrating, and this was the 4th floor. Cant image going there with a family with kids. Unless I was going to party, probably wouldnt stay here again. PS front door knob desperately needs to be fixed.

Baby's first trip to the beach!

Condo is well cared for. It was clean with plenty of space for my husband and I and our baby. Great view from balcony. Bar below did not really bother us as the bedroom is in the back and plenty quiet. Central location w ability to walk around town. Owner is very responsive to questions which was helpful both w our booking and arrival. Only qualm was the elevator and building hallways are in poor condition.

Pros: good amount of space in the unit for 4 adults, right on the beach, beautiful view from the deck, short walk to the pier and restaurants. Cons: tired and dated, inaccurate pictures -- no longer any blue comfy chairs in living room, floors slope so doors won't stay open without stoppers, countertop slopes as well, smaller futon mattress wouldn't lay completely flat and was uncomfortable to sleep on, inaccurate info about parking -- no longer need sticker. Was okay for 2 nights but must be nicer places to stay in OOB.

We rented there on our first time to Old Orchard Beach.. On your listing no where's did it warn us of being over a Bar restaurant that had evening bands and weekend day bands outside just under our feet. the continual smell of marijuana was also disturbing. and the smell of frying greese was distasteful. The view was magnifisant.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach as promised. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. I don’t recall the directions saying to hit the star after the combination so we had several unsuccessful attempts until I tried the pound key and then the star which finally got us in. For some reason we really struggled with the key box on the door but did finally open that too. I did call the owner once for a quick question but did not get a return call. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful and Amazing

This condo was fantastic. The view from the balcony is spot on, you are right on the beach and can hear the waves while relaxing in the living room. The home was well kept, and very comfy. Don't be thrown off when you arrive at the look of the building (which seems older) and then the elevator (which is definitely an older model). The condo is very nice inside. I was here during the off-season for just a relaxing weekend but if you come here during the summer/busy season, you will be steps to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the amusement park and the pier. There is a bar downstairs which seems very popular and has take out which was great. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay, owner was great and communicated very well. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return over the summer.

Awesome view!

The view...that’s really all one needs! This quaint beach town is a perfect getaway. We came in mid October, so quite a few restaurants and shops were closed. Just a few minutes away we discovered the Sea Salt Restaurant in Saco. We would highly recommend. In Portland, we went to Docks Seafood. The lunch was amazing and we left with live lobsters to cook here for supper. If time allows, spend a couple of hours and take the drive to Rockland. The home had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. The beach is just steps away, and hearing the waves crash is soothing. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Double Booked - Didn't Stay - Owner Not Responding

I had booked this condo and my credit card was charged for the night as well as the steep security deposit in advance. When I arrived I was told that he had double booked the unit and there were other people staying there. After phone calls and emails I have still been unable to reach the owner who still has my money for a unit I did not even stay in. I feel very uncomfortable with this situation and his financial practices, cannot recommend people staying here.

We walked in at 4pm when we were told check in time was; even though after booking online checkin time was 3pm. I was disappointed it changed as we have 2 little ones. It was about 85 degrees and humid in the unit which the tiny room AC just couldn't keep up with. With 2 young children tired and hot after a long day we were thinking it was going to be cool. There were many lights that did not work as the bulbs were blown. About 5 in different rooms. The hand soap was almost empty and there was not soap for the shower. I lucky brought our own soap for the shower. The outlet in the bathroom does not work which is concerning as well. The key lockbox was set to the code we were given so anyone could have entered the room before we arrived. The dishes offered were caked with old food. When we went to go to bed in the hot bedroom the table fan provided did not work, nor did the tv in the bedroom. After spending almost $600.00 after fees for 1 night in this room I expected more. I also thought the live music ended at 11pm which i was fine with, and when you close the slider you cant really hear it but i didn't realize there would be more music with bass put on until 1:30 in the morning. The bass was so loud my head was vibrating on the pillow. Between the temperature of 85 degrees sleeping temp and the super loud music from below i don't know how anyone sleeps here especially with kids. After making the owner aware of all of this they responded stating i should have let them know the night we were there. No apology about any of it. I feel that with all the things that were wrong someone other then me should have noticed all of this. We shouldn't have to have repair people present while staying the night.

We arrived and were confused about which building to go to, it should say it’s in the Brunswick building. He let us check in early which was fantastic! View was spectacular, music was a plus from downstairs. Definitely don’t stay if you don’t want to hear the music all night. We absolutely loved it! We slept on the futon. To be closer to the the ocean. Dusty unusable shelf’s on the balcony. Outdated for that price. No big deal. I left the door closed but slightly cracked for the maid because we had trouble getting in the lock box. Also she was coming to clean. We had a nice stay! Location is what we came for that didn’t disappoint. Close by to everything you need. Walking distance. Nothing beats that view!
