Weston Magic Vacation home is a detached four bedroom villa with pool and Jacuzzi situated in Weston Hills, a gated residential community set in natural surroundings. Weston Hills is located within easy reach of all Orlando's top attractions, ideally situated for a Floridian vacation. Relax and enjoy the amazing view from the private pool or spa after a big day at the parks or shopping!
Our vacation home has air conditioned throughout, furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Unlimited WI-FI Internet access is available throughout the house. On-site facilities including; recreation center, community pools, tennis courts, volley ball court, walking trail, and children's aquatic center. We have a local Publix supermarket, a Wal-Mart superstore and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. There is a selection of restaurants, good golf courses and national parks nearby. Disney Animal Kingdom is 10 miles (approx 15 minutes) away depending on traffic. Weston Magic a great holiday home in sunny Florida.

Great for large families

House was very clean, extremely well maintained, and set up very nicely for our family. Very secure and quiet neighborhood within a gated community.. Great location with walmart and publix grocery down the street, and tons of restaurants and shopping less than ten mins away. Not too far from Disney (less than 20mins) and Universal (about 40mins) and other major theme parks and attractions. Has a pool and hot tube right outside the patio doors! Communication with host was easy and timely, very responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay!

Lovely villa - great host!

We had a fabulous holiday at Weston Magic. The villa was great & exactly like the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and the children loved swimming every day. The location was good. We used it as a base to visit Disney, Universal, Kennedy Centre, beaches & more! The Weston Hills community was very quiet and peaceful. Most of all, John was an amazing host. The information about the villa before arrival was very detailed. John also contacted us during our stay, prior to bad weather, to check we were okay and allowed us to stay on when our flight was cancelled. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this villa. We had an unforgettable holiday.

Quiet, Basic & Clean

The house was clean and comfortable. All the basic amenities were provided for our stay, but, a few “extras”, such as a couple Kleenex boxes and a small supply of laundry detergent would have been nice. We had trouble using the lock box to gain entry to the house. John, the host responded quickly and helped us out. The house needs some cosmetic updates, but for the price, it was adequate. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we appreciated the safety of a gated community.

Excellent property

House was great--recommend it. Only problem was mail delivery. I had a package sent priority mail--no info about mail box or key for mail box or that can't get US mail. Property manager not helpful- phone line busy or not answered. Finally, able to reach property manager--said she didn't t have a key--went to the local post office--very helpful--mail person got the package out of the box and delivered it. Only other issue (our fault) is that we planned on taking everything out of the refrigerator at the last minute--shut the door and couldn't get back in because the door locked.

A wonderful family summer vacation

The instructions to get into the gated community were very clear and helpful. The house was accessible through a door combination code lock, which is also very easy. Master bedroom was comfortable . The house was cool even upstairs it was not too hot in combination with the ceiling fans. We missed a ceiling fan outside by the pool near the chairs and table, because if you sit outside it is quite warm when we were there. There were plenty of towels including some beach towels. Laundry was good, we just miss a simple drying rack to dry the laundry outside. Kitchen was very well stocked, pots and pans, serving dishes. There were also plenty of glasses and bowls, all plastic. Pool was clean and comparable to others houses we have rented. We did not use hot water because the water was already warm enough. Hot tub was nice and warm when you use it, works fine. TV and internet good. The furniture was also neat. Only the sofa in the family room is uncomfortable and very low. You sink down when you sit down and it makes it very difficult to get up. I have been in contact with the owner with questions in the meantime, he answered them very quickly and clearly. Even though the house is in a gated community, you can just have food delivered, this is no problem at all. Several supermarkets (Walmart) are nearby, also the amusement parks. The house could have been cleaned better, we found a cigarette in the living room and hairs in several places in both bathrooms. but otherwise the house w

Great Family Get-A-Way

The instructions for getting into the gated community were very detailed and helpful. The house was accessible by door combination code lock. The garage door could be opened once in the house to park car in garage. Master bedroom was comfortable. A bit awkward in that no door separating en-suite from bedroom. But it worked. Other bedrooms as described. Warm upstairs but ceiling fans helped a lot. Plenty of towels including some beach towels. There were2 strollers and one pack-n-play in closet. We brought our own but thought it would be helpful for others to know. Laundry was good. Kitchen was very well stocked! Pots and pans, serving bowls, platters, cookie sheets, And both glass dishes and plastic. Perfect for pool area. Pool similar to others we have rented. Heat only works when you turn dial to pump on. Takes 45min to 1 hr to get hot tub hot. Just have to plan on using. Works fine. TV and internet good. Most furniture is very nice- outdoor, kitchen, dining room and formal living room. Family room furniture is pretty uncomfortable. You sink in when sitting down and it makes it very hard to get up if you are a senior citizen with some arthritis. I tried stacking pillows without help. So I stuck to sitting in kitchen area. Our family enjoyed the property and we would definitely return for another Disney trip.

Roomy, relaxing home for the family

Our family of 5 adults stayed here over the holidays. John and his property manager, Sue, we're so helpful before and during our stay. John answered questions at all hours of the day. We added some last-minute drivers for the gate security and requested the pool heater a couple weeks before our arrival, John made sure both requests were met and our arrival was as smooth as possible. We had an issue where one of the tub drains was slow when we arrived, Sue came by herself the next day to fix it and the rest of our stay had no issues. The house itself was spacious, the 5 of us never felt cramped for space, it could have easily fit another 3 or 4 adults or some kids. The neighborhood is really quiet, not too far out of the way of the major parks and there's plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options within a short drive.

Not cut out to be what it seemed. OK but the property you could’ve been cleaned better. I arrived and there were bugs in the tub I showered every day with my shoes on as well as cleaned up the house before actually even placing any food or anything in the home but the stay was convenient thanks

Wonderful place to stay

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home. It was clean and bright. The pool and jacuzzi felt great after a long day in the parks. It was well stocked. The instructions from the owner were exact and clear. True, there were rules to follow, but nothing unbearable. Just common sense. The house is about 20-30 minutes from Disney, which did not seem far. Just enough time to cool off and look forward to the pool at the end of the day. We were all so pleased with the house, we discussed when we could come back before we even left. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Enjoyed the gated community, large clean house, private pool and hot tub. Did not enjoy the drive to parks (too far) and traffic was horrific (not their fault). Did not enjoy that we paid for heated pool/hot tub and it took an hour for the hot tub to heat up. Loved TVs with Roku access in every bedroom and living room. All info from owner sent via email was spot on.

We had a good time. Kitchen was stocked very well we were not lacking anything when we looked for it to cook dinner. Mr. Ross was very quick to reply to any messages I had the communication was the best i ever had at any rental. Pool was nice and loved view. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Home In Clermont, FL

Host went out of his way to make sure our arrival was smooth and stress free. Entire property was very well kept and extremely clean throughout. We also really appreciated how well the house was stocked with accessories, especially the kitchen which had just about any imaginable utensil or accessory you'd need. Accommodations overall for us were even better in person than what appears in the photos, which many times isn't the case!

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY

This place was great and no complications what so ever. Place is more than advertised Mr. Ross was helpful in every way. The pool and the view was great. Only thing I would change is the way you have to access the property. Owners probably don’t have control of that and I don’t want to take away from this great place as it was just that “great”. We have been to the area multiple times and I would look for this place if I ever come back

The villa was lovely, well laid out and had everything you could ask for. Pool area was ideal, with wildlife to keep you amused.The cranes came to visit daily, As did the squirrels. We had an armadillo visit one night, at the front door, and a raccoon too.the house is ideal for Disney and the parks, and 40 minutes at most from Orlando International Airport. Security deposit was refunded promptly too. Had a great time here even with horrendous weather for almost 3 weeks.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to buy a property in the US because we like America. We decided on a property in central Florida because it has all the attractions in Orlando area, yet still in easy reach of both the east and west coastal areas of Florida. Central Florida has many national parks and lakes. Weston Hills is a lovely gated community, quite but with all the local amenities needed.
We bought Weston Magic as a new build in 1999, we fell in love with amazing view right from the start and decided immediately that this property was to be our place in the sun.

What makes this property unique

Since we bought our Florida home in May 1999, our family and friends have had the most wonderful vacations there. Vacations with our grandchildren are very Disney focused and busy busy busy. Vacations on our own tend to be more relaxed and slower, but we still enjoy the parks even in our sixties. As our autistic Granddaughter Izzy so eloquently puts it. "It is my favorite place in the whole world"
