Welcome to Crescent Arms unit CA 104N This unit has been completely remodeled is ready for your vacation. This unit is a ground floor front corner unit. It features a screen lanai that is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk right out of the Lanai down to the beach. The living room and kitchen offer a breathtaking view of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The bedrooms are located down the hall. The first bedroom has a King bed with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Double Beds and is located at the back of the unit making this room separated from the main living area, offering a quiet room for the kids during nap times or the adults needing a couple of extra minutes to sleep in without being disturbed by the people in the living room. We are located on Siesta Key Florida. This is a beach front property with a private beach. . Most units have a screened in lanai and some have a glassed-in lanai. All units have a view of the water except for our villas. We provide linens and beach towels. Our Beach is ready for you to enjoy the sunshine. We provide you with beach loungers at no charge. If you would like a beach umbrella our beach service would be happy to set one up for you at the going rate. Make sure to pack your swimsuit, Sunglasses, and sunscreen to enjoy your vacation. The Warm weather, White sand, blue water, and beautiful sunsets await your arrival. Welcome to Crescent Arms on beautiful siesta key Florida. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck.
This unit Features:
Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
Shared resort amenities
Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills, Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from.
Beach towels, Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.
If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. Crescent Arms features: Fully Furnished, Gated Condominiums Private Beach Access with Chairs No smoking and no pets, please! NO GOLF CARTS, Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, or boats.
There is a seven-night minimum stay Saturday to Saturday. Check in: 4 PM Check out: 10 AM We strongly encourage you to get rental insurance in case of any problems that may occur. Your Florida Vacation Awaits You.

The location of the unit is great for viewing the beach and water. It is very convenient for families to access the beach. The unit could use some accessories such as pillows on the sofa, indoor outdoor rugs to corral sand in the living areas and bedrooms and a blanket for the sofa. The linen closet should have additional towels for 6 people since there was only one provided per guest. Crescent Arms is well managed and the pool and community and location are terrific!

Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the unit was on the first floor and we could get to the beach from the patio door. We loved the screened in patio so we could have the doors open in the mornings and evenings so we could hear the gulf water. Furniture was comfortable and there was enough room for our family of 5 to all sit and relax in the evening watching television. The beach loungers available for renters was great! Loved that they were set up and we didn't have to carry them out ourselves. The complex is close to a few restaurants and ice cream places. We didn't have to use our car after our initial grocery run! The Cresant Market had the things we ran out of or forgot about getting at Publix, which is just over the bridge and a mile or so away. We would defiantly stay here again!
