The view I’m scared of heights so I couldn’t look down, but I can look out and it was just everything that I wanted for a couple days just I don’t know how to explain it. It’s just relaxing.

The condo was excellently maintained, and very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels and the shower was wonderful. The building was very clean. Loved the tiki bar and the private beach. Also, the staff was very friendly and outgoing. The whole building is very well maintained and very clean. I would highly recommended to anyone who is coming to Ocean City Maryland.

Our family had an amazing stay here, the unit was exactly as advertised and the views were fantastic! If sunrise and water views are what you want to go along with a beautiful updated place this is it! Golden sands has a perfect property where your family can stay all week without leaving. We hope to be back sooner than later!

Overall a great stay!! The beach chairs and umbrella were super helpful. We had to get a spot on the beach by 8am to be near the water as it got very busy but it was not a problem. There were fireworks off the balcony facing the bay which was a nice surprise.

The beds in bedrooms were very comfortable. But, u could feel bar on the pullout bed. Maybe it needs a new mattress?Plus, the air conditioning was very noisy everyone it came on. We contacted the owners and they had a maintenance person come. He said there was nothing he could do because it is the type of air conditioner that is in all of the units.So, I would NOT rent at Golden Sands again because of the noisy air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location overall as the views were breathtaking and made our experience so special room was clean, had plenty of space, and was exactly as described. There was a couple of things that we wanted to mention 1. Make sure to bring soap for showering as we were unable to find any during our stay2. Remote in hotel maybe a bit faulty/wonky 3. Master bedroom was a not really comfortable, but more a rigid sleeping experience 4. Thermostat rules had to be set at a certain temp during stay so very little room to adjust temp as needed - due to host policy5. Facilities had some broken equipment in gym that didn’t allow us to use during our stay which was a bit of a bummerOverall, I do believe the room itself was a bit overpriced, but honestly, the view itself was 100% worth it
