Our lawn care team services multiple properties, so scheduling can sometimes be tricky, especially in the summer when daylight lasts longer. As I had mentioned earlier, the previous guests unfortunately left the home in poor condition, and despite our best efforts to turn it around quickly, some impact remained. We’re taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again and appreciate your understanding.
