Both sides have private backyards that connect with a gate that can be left open if desired. This amazing home is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach! Relax on the sands of Cocoa Beach. book a charter for epic saltwater fishing, or stroll along the Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier. The Seahorse Cottage and The Sea Turtle Cottage both feature a space for working remotely, two full kitchens and backyards with plenty of space for lounging. In the evening walk to the popular restaurants, lounge on the homes private patio, or gather around the fire pit and enjoy the perfect Floridian weather!

Everything was great

This is the perfect and unique place to stay for a larger group of people. Plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and more. Proximity to the beach was amazing, one short walk and we were at the ocean. 10/10 recommend

Great place to stay!

The duplex was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. It's very clean and it's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The fenced backyard was a perfect place for the adults to lounge and the kids to play safely. There are great restaurants, coffee and ice cream within walking distance. Leah was a wonderful host and she answered any email and or phone calls promptly. We would stay here again!

Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
