The Entryway:
- Grand entryway with a double staircase, original artwork, stained glass windows and impressive architectural details
- Please note that some of the artwork contains partial nudity and religious themes

The Living Room:
- Spacious living area with fireplace and french doors leading to the back patio and yard

The Dining Room:
- Dining table with seating for ten, with additional seating available in the kitchen

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, electric stove, double oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Fully-equipped with all of the tools needed to prepare your favorite meals
- Keurig coffee maker with a selection of k-cup pods, creamer and sugar. Drip coffee maker also available (BYO filters/grounds).

The TV Room:
- TV and lounge space upstairs in the main house with two sectional sofas and a 65" smart TV
- All tvs in the house have access to live TV streaming via YouTubeTV or you can sign in to your own subscription accounts

- King sized bed with memory foam mattress and a selection of sleeping pillows
- Private balcony
- Sitting area with a large TV

- En-suite bathroom with vanity, shower/tub combo, and toilet
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and a hair dryer

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 is upstairs in the main house and has a king bed and a private balcony
- Bedroom 3 is upstairs in the main house and has two, queen beds, a TV and a desk
- Bedroom 4 is downstairs in the main house and has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom
- Two additional bedrooms are located in the casita - Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and Bedroom 6 has a king bed and a TV
- All beds have a memory foam mattress and are made up with soft, quality linens
- All bedrooms have hanging space and luggage stands
- All bedrooms are equipped with bedside charging ports and a sleep therapy sound machine

The Guest Bathrooms:
- 4 bathrooms in total
- En-suite bathroom in the primary suite with a shower/tub combo
- Full bathroom between Bedrooms 2 and 3 with a shower/tub combo
- En-suite bathroom in Bedroom 4 with a shower/tub combo
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Casita:
- The ~2,000 sf detached casita is located at the back of the property
- Jaw-dropping main room with a stained glass domed ceiling, columns, fountain and other impressive architectural details
- Small kitchen has a fridge, electric stove and a microwave and is equipped with all of the essentials for cooking and dining
- Two additional guest bedrooms
- Game room with pool table, arcade games (PacMan and NBA Jam), a library of books and a 65" TV equipped with an XBox (with a GamePass)

The Outdoor Space:
- Private hot tub and pool towels
- Large patio with dining set for 8
- Gas BBQ with grilling utensils and propane tank
- Upstairs balcony with fire pit
- The 1 acre lot is fully enclosed with columns, fountains and mature trees

- Garage and driveway parking (driveway gate can be locked)

Guests have access to the whole property aside from 3 storage closets in the house and casita and sheds outdoors that are locked

Villa de San Rafael is located on a quiet, residential street in the South East Heights neighborhood of Albuquerque.

Nob Hill, with some of our favorite restaurants and shops, is less than 4 minutes away by car.

Albuquerque International Sunport is 2.1 miles away (about 5 minutes drive)

Families with young children will love the small playground down the street from the house.

If you plan on exploring the greater Albuquerque area or taking day trips from the city, then we would recommend driving/renting your own car.

Uber and Lyft are available for short trips around town.
