This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. Two comfy queen beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great place!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was functional. The pool was very nice and heated. We were a little disappointed as the property management was unwilling to work with us on getting an early check-in. They had the unit clean and ready and we were just waiting outside the unit for the code to change. Overall a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in these condos for many years and always enjoy it. Great location! The only issue this time were the floors in the condo. They were dirty and sandy, as if they hadn't been swept and mopped. And the sliding glass doors from the living room were nearly impossible to open. We had always to use the door from the bedroom. Still, overall a great trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, just like the pictures. Not sure I would stay again due to getting locked out of the condo 3 times. Upon arrival & thru our stay our door code changed 4 times. At one time we couldn’t even get into our room for over an hour. I have small children so that was a big deal to me. There’s was a couple more things I noticed also, overall the view was great and I love boardwalk beach condominiums, I would stay at the condos again but not this exact one. Also, the pull out couch bed had crumbs and everything all over it assuming it wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival

Condo was nice but the overall property needs work.

*The pool was not sufficient for amount of people staying there. *The boardwalks need to be repaired badly before someone gets hurt. *The elevators stunk so bad. Smelled like vomit and wet dog because of the rugs. * The maintenance / housekeepers staff could be a little more professional and polite like other resorts I've been to. * Security staff is on point. Kind and professional and helped a lot. *The condo itself was nice. The floors could use a good cleaning though. The master bed is very comfortable. It needs more cooking ware and utensils.

We love Boardwalk and PCB, but all of the tents on the beach are once again becoming a issue. Taking up tons of space and blocking beautiful views. It’s time to look for another place to vacation.

Fantastic Stay

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, roomy and met all needs. Loved the walk in closet which was big enough to dress in. Balcony was nice and had enough chairs for us all (6) to sit together. Would love to come stay here again very soon.

Beautiful!!!

The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. It was very big and well laid out. The bedrooms are huge and the condo has recently been updated. The staff and welcome center were very friendly and the beach and pool were gorgeous. No complaints whatsoever. We will be back in May for sure and hope to stay in this condo!!
