We love our home on Cousins Island in Casco Bay and spend much of the Summer there. It's become our family Summer Camp and we can't imagine a more perfect place. We rent it only a few weeks each year to a few lucky guests.

Why they chose this property

We love being on an island connected by bridge to Yarmouth, which is a charming coastal Maine town just north of Portland. When we aren't cooking in our beautiful kitchen, we drive down to Portland for dinner at some of the best restaurants in the world. Just let us know if you want a recommendation!

What makes this property unique

The property has everything we wanted when we were looking for an oceanfront property. Amazing views from every bedroom and living space. A large yard for the kids. A heated pool and hot tub. A fire pit with chairs around it where we make s'mores and sing songs together. We take kayaks and paddle boards out from our dock. Proximity to all that Portland and Freeport have to offer, but in a small and friendly town. When it's raining, we use the ping pong table, gym, and play board games. Mostly we love being together in such an incredible space and perfect place.
