Charming Beach Front Home on the Island

Welcome to the perfect family vacation destination! Our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is RIGHT on the beach. No walking across the street or driving to get to the beach. We are the only house on the `Island` strip with a gated deck. It`s the perfect house for a memorable vacation, family reunion, or just an oceanic escape. This 1930`s Greek styled home offers 4 spacious bedrooms that all have views of the ocean, a cozy fireplace to keep you warm, a washer/dryer, 2 TV’s and free WIFI.

Unharmed by the recent storms! Stairs to the beach are open!

*I recommend purchasing travelers insurance due to potential shutdowns *

Details to note:
Parking is first come first serve along the street in front of the home. We have strong wifi. Master bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.

We want you to know that we`re doing our part to help our guests stay safe during this time. Here are some ways we are helping:
-Cleaners wear gloves and masks
-Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before you check in
-All sheets, towels, and pillow cases are washed and bleached between guests
-Duvet covers of all comforters are washed between guests
-Disinfectant cleaning supplies and wipes are provided

House Rules: This is not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm. It`s very important to stay off the public walkway and neighbors patio.

Perfect View

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving break with daughter and family in a perfect location. The views of dolphins swimming by every day and beach access for the grands to play in the sand and frolicking in the water was excellent! House was cozy and clean and met our needs.

Great spot for our group of family and friends

We loved our stay here! The location is terrific. It was wonderful to be able to look out on the ocean every morning and walk right out to the beach without having to cross the busy road. The deck is really great — the little ones could play outdoors but still be safely inside the gate. Communication was clear and easy, and our group found the place to be very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fun Beach Property

Super fun, cozy place right on the beach in sunny Aptos. Comfortable beds, a very well stocked kitchen and STUNNING views from almost every part of the unit. One thing to be aware of is you do have very close neighbors on both sides and constant foot traffic basically right alongside the porch and one of the bedrooms.

An Absolutely Ideal Family Reunion Spot!!

We were a family group ranging in age from under two up to 81 and we ALL had a wonderful time here!! Being able to enjoy the sea views -- whales, dolphin, seals/sea lions and thousands of birds!! what an exciting time!! -- from inside, from the lovely porch and, of course, from the sand just outside the door!! We certainly hope to be back!!

Nice house on the beach, NO parking!

Great access to the beach, nice upper and lower decks for viewing the beach and ocean, and well supplied and stocked house. If you like your neighbors very close and people walking close by your windows, you will love this house.

Yaya’s 60th Birthday!

We truly enjoyed the location - right on the beach. The pictures look like the place is just a bit bigger - we had 8 adults and 3 littles - and wish we had a bigger living area and kitchen. The rooms were perfect. And I would imagine during the summer you’re outside most of the time. We loved that we could step out the door and be within feet of the beach.

Right on the beach!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication was clear and concise, responds to emails quickly. Property was ready on time, very clean and sanitized, and kitchen was well-stocked. Cable TV downstairs, DVD player upstairs. There is constant public foot traffic, but the patio is elevated above the passers-by. Look forward to renting it again in the future!

Great Location and Wonderful Experience.

Because of a very large and unusual storm, the wifi did go down a couple of times. Other than what the storm caused, the visit was perfect. My 14 year old grandsons spent many hours exploring the beach and town. My 93 year old mother in law really enjoyed the view from the patio and a very enjoyable walk along the shoreline. My entire family left the home all saying that it was a great trip well worth the price. We highly recommend this property to antone wanting to spend time on the beach.

Gorgeous Getaway

The location of this property is spot on. Semi easy access to the beach. Privacy is awesome. Walking the boardwalk is easy and fun. Plenty of room inside the house. All the supplies were provided. The patio is the best on the block. The kitchen water pressure was. low but the showers worked fine.. Best part were the gray whales, birds migrating almost every day, seals swimming very close to the shoreline and the weather. Thank you for the memories that we made this week.

Right on the sand!

This was a wonderful property that had ample room for all seven of us. Parking was easier than expected and check-in went well. This delightful little property is right on the beach. The waves are just outside your front room windows and you are enveloped in the whole seaside experience. The property was pristine clean, and Jaleh was very responsive to any concerns we had. It’s unfortunate that the weather just wasn’t going to cooperate with us though, but Jaleh was very kind and accommodating and quickly responded by reimbursing us for a day lost to a dramatic storm. We definitely hope to return again.

Not worth the money

The place was shabby and tiny. Only the view was lovely but we were so close to the ocean that waves went over the deck to scare us. We made an emergency exit plan We were 7 and it was advertised for 8. Only 6 chairs around the dining table. Only 4 places to sit in living room which was on top of the dining table. No entry mats but lots of signs not to bring in sand. Lights flickered in liVIng room all thetime.

We apologize if the seating arrangements didn’t meet your needs; the dining table does have seating for six, as noted in the listing, but we understand how this could have been an inconvenience for your group. 2 Weather and Ocean Conditions: We completely understand your concern regarding the waves. As noted in the listing, the home is directly on the ocean, which can sometimes lead to high waves during the winter months. While we can’t control the weather, we do try to make guests aware of this possibility in advance. We're sorry this caught you off guard during your stay. 3 Welcome Mats and Sand: After reading your review, we immediately went to the property and confirmed there are mats at each entrance, as well as hoses on both sides of the house for washing off sand. 4 Lights Flickering: We were unaware of the issue with the lights flickering, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will have an electrician inspect the property to ensure everything is functioning properly. W
