About this property

Quiet Venice home, HEATED private pool, 10 minutes from Venice Beach & downtown!

This property is our home-away-from-home and it's perfect for families or those exploring all the area has to offer. We love how close it is to walking trails, Venice beaches (10 minutes, even with traffic!), playgrounds, historic downtown Venice, and it's situated 45 minutes from Tampa and 25 minutes from Sarasota and Siesta Key beaches!

The pool is heated and feels secluded because of the landscaping and there are 2 large living areas to relax in. There is an outside screened-in eating area, a propane grill, a fenced in back yard for little ones, a large front yard for tossing a ball around, and it's a quiet, sleepy neighborhood!
We have 3 bikes, beach and pool toys and chairs, towels, and a cooler- everything you need for a perfect Florida stay!

All bedrooms and the living room have TVs equipped with Roku, so you can watch your HULU, Netflix, Disney+, or any other subscription you have. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have a garage to park in and a washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about bringing a ton of clothes.

This house is our favorite place to be and we think you will see that when you visit. We take pride in our home and have pest control, pool maintenance, and landscapers come by weekly.
We hope you take a chance with us and end up coming back again and again!

Very nice home!

Our family went to Venice together and stayed in this home. It was very clean, convenient, quiet neighborhood and relaxing. The pool was lovely and sitting outdoors at night was very peaceful. The access to the garage was nice to keep the car cool during the day with the extreme heat outside. Communication with the host was very easy and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect house for our vacation

Heather was a responsive, wonderful host and the house suited us perfectly. It was very clean, cool and we used the pool every morning and evening. We had everything we needed at the house and my kids loved the privacy of their own cozy rooms. Centrally located, we drove down to Punta Gorda, Ft. Myers, visited Myakka State Park, Fisherman's Village, up to Sarasota for the Mote Aquarium and to Siesta Key beach multiple times. We used the coolers, beach toys and enjoyed the quaint Venice shops and local beaches as well. Thank you for a great vacation!

Delightful stay with easy access to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants of many styles - fish, Thai, Italian and steak. The home has wonderful openness to seat to read, watch big screen streaming channels or float about in the warm pool. Aircraft activity is fun to observe while lounging by the pool with a favorite book.

The house was very thoughtfully appointed—2 coffee makers, lots of pool towels and pool toys, washer and dryer, and lots of things we didn’t know we needed until we discovered them! The bottled water dispenser was primo. The pool area was very restful and private. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and the beach and shopping was just a short drive away. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet.
