Lovely condo, tastefully decorated. Window A/C's in each bedroom with ceiling fans throughout the unit. Updated modern kitchen with granite countertops and bathrooms . Wi-Fi with flat screen TV's in both living room and master bedroom. Queen bed in master bedroom and in downstairs bedroom with two twins in the loft. Idea for family of 6. Spacious and comfortable right across from pool and barbeque area. Beautiful sunset views from lanai. Free parking close by( with stairs leading to Unit) . All towels and linens are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Nice large apartment with two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. Great location. Would return again. As others have noted, it could use more air conditioning. The two loft beds get quite warm as the only AC units are in the bedrooms.

We loved this quiet, clean North Shore condo. It was perfect for our family with young kids. It had everything we needed to cook meals, plus easy access to the beach and a short walk to coffee at the Ritz-Carlton. The location was super convenient and an excellent value. A true gem. This was a very nice place to stay overall. The location was nice. It was about a 10 or 12 minute walk to the beach. The beach access wasn't all that convenient because of the way the Ritz Carlton grants public access but was still beautiful. The location was convenient for the North Shore activities which were great. Very quiet and pleasant to stay there. The air conditioners saved us on very hot days. Bear in mind the two twin beds are in a common loft area and don't get very cool since the AC units are in the bedrooms.The access code we were given for the door was wrong, but we were able to call the emergency number and get a new code so not a big deal. I would recommend that the host go there and cook breakfast, shower, and get ready for the day. There was no salt or pepper, cooking oil for the pans (that were in rough shape, but usable), hand soap in the kitchen, or shampoo in the bathrooms. There were the small bars of soap in the bathrooms. Those are amenities that I've always seen included in previous rentals. Not deal breakers at all, but inconvenient to have to run to the store and then throw the remains away.I don't hesitate to recommend this location for a great place to stay

Kitchen was fully equipped. The air conditioning was only in the rooms, so it made the common area hot. It cooled down after cranking both upstairs and downstairs AC units, but then the rooms were freezing. Overall, really nice, quiet area on a beautiful piece of property. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Someone always answered the 24/7 hotline and security was very helpful when we got lost. We will definitely be staying at the kuilima estates when we come back.

Just what we needed

We were spending a week on Oahu visiting family and showing the island to a couple that were there for the first time. We have stayed at Turtle Bay many times before and this time was just like the others. A nice place to stay away from the crowds and hustle of the big cities. Beautiful location.

The area is great! Very peaceful, the pool was great. We liked the property, it was clean and comfortable. It was not super stocked with supplies specifically in the kitchen. Not much in terms of personal touch.

great place to stay! Condo could use a little updating, such as fresh paint, a new rug and new couch. But it was clean and enjoyed our time there. Loved having the golf course out the back, the pool so close and the beach within walking distance! Would stay here again

Turtle Bay never disappoints

What a wonderful week on the north shore of Oahu. Turtle Bay is an incredible setting with perfect access to beach and PCC. As always, we didn’t want to leave. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!
