The views of the Gulf are fabulous. Perfect for those yearning for a tranquil retreat by the Gulf, this condo promises a vacation filled with the soothing sounds of the waves and the comfort of a true home away from home. Wake up to beautiful Sunrises.

Nestled on the 3rd floor in the vibrant heart of Orange Beach, this condo offers convenient private balcony access from both the living room and Primary bedroom, allowing you to effortlessly embrace the coastal ambiance. The interior is adorned with tile floors and soft carpet in the bedrooms. Blackout curtains in living room and Primary and shutters in bedroom 1 and 2, are just perfect for a good nights sleep.

The Primary suite serves as a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a plush King bed, a private bathroom for your convenience, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful and entertaining stay. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with a comfortable
king sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is a haven for both kids and adults, featuring two full size bed, living room has a queen sized pull out, expanding the sleeping arrangements to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The living room is the heart of the condo, offering a welcoming space to gather and relax. It's equipped with a cozy sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot for family movie nights or simply lounging after a day of beach adventures.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: We wash every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the on-site office at Romar Place upon arrival. $50.00 per car (limit 2)

This was an Amazing location!!! We watched Dolphins swim in front of us, from our balcony, every single morning. The outdoor and indoor pool were both perfect as options as well. The view was beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier! The appliances were great and helpful! Great host with excellent communication! We all had a great time.

My family & I had a great stay at Rick's condo. He sent me all of the info. we needed, in advance, which made the check-in so easy. (As well as the check-out. Everything went smoothly.). Rick promptly responded to any questions we had.The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and we loved having the walk in shower in the master bedroom.We loved the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. Our favorite spot in the condo!We had a wonderful vacation and appreciate Rick making everything so easy for us. We definately recommend staying here.

A wonderful Orange Beach stay!

We had a wonderful time at this Orange Beach condo. The place feels very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were incredibly responsive with any small questions we had. The view from this balcony is absolutely unbeatable and a perfect place to unwind and/or enjoy the beach view out of the sun. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was in a great location and had wonderful views of the beach. Everything was clean and the owners were very kind and quick to respond to any messages. The only problem we encountered was issues with one of the elevators on the property but that was of no fault of the condo owner.

Gulf Getaway

We had a good time at Romar Place. Our condo had what we needed. The master suite was nice, but the other bed rooms were just ok. The headboards were not connected and the mattresses were uncomfortable. One of the beds had an unstable base that caused the mattress to shift around. The back bedroom comforter was not clean and the walls and ceiling were dusty. The shower curtain was stained as well. These are just minor things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs. He even sent over a brand new ironing board and iron when we needed it. Thanks.

Great Condo but Unprofessional Manager

We were visiting Orange Beach for our son’s wedding. We invited some of his friends over for a 2-hour volleyball game on the beach. Everyone was from out of town so we had either picked them up from their hotel or they had Ubered to the condo. One person did have a rental car and parked in the lot. At no time did they come up to our condo but went straight through the resort gate to the beach never going into any other part of the resort . When it was time for them to leave they gathered in the parking lot waiting for their rides. The manager approached them and got very irate and told them they were trespassing and if they came back she would call the police. She also threatened to have cars towed. Mind you, these people were very kind and respectful quietly waiting for their rides. We were so embarrassed by the way they had been treated especially because they had come halfway across the country to honor my son at his wedding and acting very respectful. When I approached the manager to find out what the problem was she told me it was a private beach and accused me of organizing this behind her back?? I apologized for the one car that had been parked there for 2 hours that didn’t have a parking permit, but when I asked her why she couldn’t have shown some hospitality and just told these people in a kind way that next time they couldn’t walk through the gate to the public beach she was very rude to me as well. I called the owner after this incident and he was very apologetic

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Being right on the beach in Orange Beach means you’re just steps away from sinking your toes into the soft white sand, with the Gulf stretching out in front of you. The views are beautiful, the beach is wide and clean, and the sound of the waves makes it easy to unwind.
What we love most is how peaceful it feels while still being close to everything. Great seafood restaurants, fun beach activities, fishing, dolphin cruises, and shopping are all just a short drive away.
In the evenings, we enjoy watching the sunsets, taking long walks on the beach, and sometimes even spotting ghost crabs or sea turtle nests during the season.
For us, it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the Gulf breeze, and share a little slice of the beach with our guests.
