The open floor plan includes two spacious bedrooms and a pullout couch, ensuring ample space for everyone. The condo features a full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential kitchenware. The living room, equipped with a double sofa and a flat-screen TV, opens up to a large covered balcony, perfect for relaxing.



The primary suite offers a private retreat with terrace access, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The guest suite includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a mini balcony, and a bathroom with a large shower.

A car is not required for transportation to and from this property. If something is not right with the room please be sure to inform the property management team right away. Things in Costa Rica are done at a slower pace and may not be done how you are used back home. Please remember you are in a tropical location, there will be bugs, insects and at times mini power outages and inconveniences. Please be open minded to their culture and courteous to staff as they are here to help if something is to arise.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
