4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed as advance sale day passes can sell out.

Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, community pool by your building (currently unavailable), tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. Thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home, Sundial Q205 ensures a memorable and rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

Condo was wonderful very nicely decorated. Great location to the beach and pool. Beach was super fun not crowded or anything. Sanibel was amazing. Quite relaxing little island.

Beautiful Island

Peppery was very well maintained and spacious. Perfect location and great to be part of the resort with access to tennis courts, pool and restaurants. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is to provide cleaning supplies. There was only one small bottle of dish soap, one spot he and no disinfectant.

Wonderful time. Loved the property.

Dishes in cupboard were dirty upon arrival (someone put them away without running dishwasher). Very poor internet, & we needed to use it for a class & work. The unit hadn’t been cleaned very well . Master bedroom bathroom curtain rod was not stable & fell down easily. It would have been nice to have kitchen supplied with salt & pepper, a few garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can, & a few more packets of dishwashing detergent to wash the dishes with (we washed the dishes before we left).

Warmth and Sun in Sanibel

We have been on Sanibel island before but the property on Sundial was wonderful. Easy to find, on the shore of the Gulf, wonderful proximity to restaurants and shops. Please be aware that this condo has no amenities such as spices or condiments. Bare bones so it was handy to have small grocery store very close. Loved our accommodations.

Great location and condo

This property has an owners closet in the parking area with beach chairs, toys, etc for sharing, and we were able to store our stuff there, including a wagon. Kitchen has lots of needed items, but some are in rough shape like the frying pans. Internet was pretty slow, but luckily the weather was great so we didn’t need it much! Washer and dryer in the condo was great to have, just be prepared that they are pretty small. Overall, we had an amazing time and would certainly return to this same condo!
