Very quiet location. We had plenty of room for three of us. Very clean, great check in, quick and clear communication, and homey decor! Cause even turned the lights on for us when she found out we would arrive late. Honestly, the only tricky part was finding the turn in the dark!

We had a great stay at this 2 bedroom townhouse. It is in a great location near Turkey Creek, many restaurant options, and close enough to the interstate to get on quickly but in a nice quiet residential area. It was clean and comfortable with inviting decor. We would stay here again.

This place was wonderful. Right in the middle of the area we wanted, great place to explore from. 'Two bathrooms' seems difficult to find; this place had the two we were looking for, one per bedroom with a bonus small half-bath downstairs. The host helped me out as I don't have a smart phone and contacted us via alternate means, and early - which helped a lot. BONUS: An hour later C/O! Highly recommend this location.

Cayce was a wonderful host and very communicative. The place was exactly what we needed - a place to land while visiting our adult kids. The location is close to restaurants, interstate, coffee, etc. All of the basics are included in the kitchen. The decor is exactly as the pictures indicated. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they used unscented laundry detergent as I have allergies and bring my own linens with me. I didn't need to use them! Thank you!

The location and its close proximity to Knoxville are what this place has going for it. The cons would be not enough parking for two trucks, sheets smelled sour, there was hair in the upstairs hall bathroom floor and in the shower. Hall bathroom shower and sink did not drain hardly either. Host was great though. Maybe hire a cleaning crew and have your guests prepare for the lack of parking. Other than that no complaints.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so glad you enjoyed the location and I truly appreciate your kind words about my hosting. I’m very sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the hall bathroom and drainage issues you encountered. That is not the standard we strive for, and I will be addressing this with our cleaning team, as well as having the plumbing checked to ensure everything is functioning properly. I do wish you had reached out during your stay so I could have worked to resolve these issues right away. Regarding parking, there is space for two standard-size vehicles, along with additional street parking available if needed. All linens are thoroughly cleaned and dried between each guest using a free-and-clear, unscented detergent chosen specifically for guests with sensitivities. Because of this, guests who are used to scented detergents may sometimes perceive the linens differently. Thank you again for your feedback. It is truly appreciated and helps us to know how we can improve.
