Wonderful week at the Lake House

The place is even nicer than the pictures. The beach area is perfect for kids. There’s plenty of room in the main house and cottage. The game room was great for hanging out in the evening. Sal the owner was so easy to work with and right there if you need anything. Highly recommend

Naples stay

First I will say , we all did have a great time. Had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. I do think whoever the owner has for a cleaner is definitely not doing their job. It should get a deep cleaning and get things organized. Piece under the dishwasher kept falling off. Should be fixed. Only half of toaster worked. No can opener except three manual ones in drawer. Non work very well Few mouse droppings in drawers. The propane was empty when we went to use it. Ended up cooking inside. The owner did replace this immediately after he got home. We may be being picky as we clean for a living.I will say , the owner was very very nice and we were never bothered. I do want to leave on a good note. It was a great spot and we totally enjoyed our stay.

I was pleased with these guests, but disappointed that they did not come to me immediately notwithstanding my queries to them as to was everything ok. The propane was replaced immediately upon notification. I did tell Mike upon arrival i did not know how much propane was left but i would replace it when he wished, and i did. In any event these were nice family who seemed to enjoy their stay. Theorkin man comes every three months and addresses any problems with mice and insects and the cleaning people are among the best. If only I knew would have given them a new toaster...

Beautiful Sebago Lake location

We had a great stay in late June. Weather wasn't the best for swimming but the roomy & sunny dock was awesome, the large grassy yard was great for lawn games, and lots of pool and ms. pacman were played in the game room. We were a 3-generation extendedn family group of two 50+ year-olds, five in the 25-35 range, one newborn, and two dogs. The place had plenty of room to spread out for sleeping. The owner lives in a house through some trees within the same compound and was very friendly and helpful and non-intrusive. What a beautiful spot!

Great location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend our vacation. Beautiful lake views, sandy beach for the younger kids to play and we also launched our kayaks from there. Convenient mooring for the pontoon boat we rented. Stone fireplace overlooking the lake for nighttime enjoyment. Game room in the cottage was enjoyed by all! The dock was fun for all to jump into the lake! A great place for a family vacation!

Fun Week

We had 16 people on the property, and had plenty of room. The beach, dock, and swimming are excellent. We loved the fire pit, too. With the large dining table that is open to the living room, we could all be together during meals, even if the kids wanted to watch tv while they ate.

Great week at a great place!

We had a great week at Thompson Point. There were 4 families and plenty of room/privacy. Between the Main house having two bedrooms/bathrooms that could be separated and the guest cottage, it was perfect for our large group. The outdoor space is wonderful and the kids had a blast on the docks. We rented a boat and it was easy to park and moor it every night. Sal is right next door and very responsive if we had questions or needed him to show us anything. The only thing that would have made it better was a hot tub!

It is a difficult balance as an owner to be there for the guests without them thinking you are trying to interfere. I have worked hard at it and when i hear these comments i guess i am successful. It is their vacation and i see my job as to help maximize its success and be sure they fully enjoy my property. A hot tub however is a difficult thing to supply in these times but the lake is in the 80s lol

Incredible lakefront

We had a wonderful week. The best part without question was the amazing dock, sandy beach and floating swim dock. Great patio, grill and outdoor fireplace. The owner Sal is kind, helpful and a terrific guy.

Great Fun

A great place for a large family. There were 16 of us and we felt like we had plenty of room. The yard was great and the beach and the dock were awesome.
