Perfect for large gatherings!
This older oceanfront house is charming and has spacious living and dining areas. You can enjoy the fantastic Pawleys Island beach and ocean from the open covered porch to see sunrises or enjoy the serenity of the open back deck overlooking the creek and marsh for beautiful sunsets. Fish and crab from the private creek dock! Family "creek floats", kayaking and boating. Barbecue area below--endless possibilities for family fun.

In winter of 2023, a 3 device mesh wifi system has been installed. Owner tested and was able to connect at the ocean water line and while on the dock.

VayK Gear House - $250 worth of credit for beach equipment rentals, including bikes, provided with weekly rentals from May 7 to September 24, 2022. You will receive a link after booking to select your items. Browse boards, bikes, kayaks, games, chairs, accessories, and more, select your delivery and pick-up dates, checkout, and presto!

About the host

Your host

I'm 35 and have gone to this house since before I can remember. It's what Pawleys used to be. This house is all about what the grand marketeers call "togethering'.

Ironically, I manage beach houses for a living too. I have lived in the area since 1993. Prior to that we only came here to stay at this house on vacation.

I have lived in Charleston and Columbia but always make my way back to good old Pawleys Island.

You can catch me at the PIT (Pawleys Island Tavern), Frank's or Bistro about any weekend.
