Check in was easy, the property was beautiful and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was easy and quick! The wagon and beach accessories were much appreciated since we flew in and didn’t bring any of that stuff with us. We loved the pool area! While we were there, my husband said multiple times “I’d stay here again.”

Fantastic! House and property are as advertised. Clean and modern! Feels like a beach home! Pool area is amazing and was well used. Short walk to beach, 3 mins max! All the beach essentials you will need… chairs, toys, wagon. Just a great week.

Perfect place to stay on AMI

This is our second stay at this property, but first time with the new owner. We LOVE this clean, well managed property! The beautiful pool, the lanai, proximity to the beach are all perfection! It's also really close to several restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended this rental!

A true family oasis

We couldn’t have asked for or anticipated a better place for our family of five to enjoy a week on Anna Maria island. The house offers so many luxurious benefits from the pool/hot tub/outdoor spaces to the sprawling kitchen and eating areas to the comfortable bedrooms and spa like bathrooms! Our kids were thrilled and we bounced back and forth easily from beach to pool with the comfort of location and the beach necessities available to us from the property owners. We can’t wait to come back!

Great family friendly house

Nicely updated/modern house. Backyard was an oasis with a nice sized pool. A very close walk to the beach. Only minor con was the lack of beach toys for kids. Overall, Angie was a great host and I would definitely recommend/stay here again!

Great house and great location!

Amazing vacation for our family of five. Great house with an amazing oasis of a pool and spa. Perfect location which was very close to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. The new owners are great and easy to communicate with. Very grateful to have been able to rent this property. Definitely would rent it again. Thank you Angie!

Amazing House

We loved this house! Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of starter supplies. It is a very short easy walk to the beach and there’s plenty of beach chairs and supplies. We didn’t have to leave the house to have fun with the amazing private pool area, game room, games, and TVs. The shared space was big enough for all four of us to be comfortable and there were plenty of different spaces to get away / have privacy. Angie was quick to answer all my questions and check in was easy. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at an amazing property

This property is one of the best one I have rented on AMI. The interior space is great, the 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen, living room and dining room are all open and give a great sensation of space. The balconies are a huge plus for some quiet time outside. The very best is the oversized garden and its pool/jacuzzi. The plants are really well maintained and perfectly match the space of that little oasis. I would definitely come back in this amazing house which definitely deserves its 5 stars.

Gorgeous House

This is our 2nd time staying at Sunnyside. We love the well maintained house and beautiful outdoor area. We appreciate the beach and pool toys and outdoor living area with a fridge and shower. The only upgrade suggested would be a bathroom on the pool level so we don’t have to head back upstairs through the house but this obviously didn’t prevent us from having fun. The location is great with just a quick walk to the beach. Thanks for a terrific week!

I believe our family was the first to stay at this property under the new owner and it was fabulous! The transition was seamless. We had a small issue with the beach cart, but with quick communication with the owner, it was addressed and fixed within hours. The house is so clean, quiet, and perfect location. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The landscaping in the backyard provided a ton of privacy for our young family. I can't wait to come back!

An incredible time, an incredible home!

Our family of 5 (3 adults, 5yr and 9yr old kids) had the most amazing 2 weeks at Beach House. Clean, comfortable, high spec kitchen and bathrooms and a stunning private pool area was everything we hoped for! We really couldn't have asked for more. Location was superb too. Either end of 64th st where stops for the brilliant free trolley service which we utilised almost every day. The beautiful beach was pretty much just around the corner. There was also really great restaurant called The Ugly Grouper just a short 10 mins walk away. Holmes Beach area was also great for being in the middle of Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach areas so you could have the best of both worlds. There was a change of ownership about 2 weeks before we arrived at Beach House which a little unnerving, but it was handled very swiftly and professionally by both owners. And the new owners were fantastic too! Great communication and made sure we had the best time. We'd love to come back to AMI and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else other than Beach House. Thank you so much to Angie and Peyton.

My wife Angie and I have fallen in love with the Anna Maria Island area over the last several years while vacationing with family and friends. We love it's local charm, exquisite dining options, proximity to the beach, great saltwater fishing, and of course the white sandy beaches and world renown sunsets! We're from the Athens GA area and have servant hearts by trade, thus the opportunity to host is truly a blessing in many ways for us. We have traveled all over the world and appreciate the finer things in life. You'll witness this in our attention to detail as we attempt to make your vacation an unforgettable experience that has you craving for a return!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood, very simply, because we can throw on our flip flops and walk to the beach in a minute and half. It's quiet, no condos anywhere, and the backyard is extremely lush with local vegetation. It allows for a very serene outdoor experience and perfectly situated to obtain maximum sun all day long if desired. When it's too hot, the double lanai's provide the perfect hiding spot to chill under the fans, have a drink, and watch one of the 2 tv's in the Lanai's.
Our home is a walk or bike ride to all of the restaurants and shops and piers you need both on the North and South side of the island. Very Very Convenient!!!
