We absolutely adored this place. It's beautiful, spotlessly clean and everything you could want from a historic home rental, you can almost feel all the memories that were made there over the century and a half it has existed. And yet there are no "heavy vibes" you find in some older homes, the energy was very light and peaceful. We definitely plan on staying again and bringing friends.
This was SUCH a great place to stay! We were in town for a wedding, and our family in Noblesville mentioned there were some great homes to rent, and we found one! This is a large house, with comfortable bedrooms, and really fantastic decor. We wanted a comfortable place to hang out in between wedding weekend events, and this home was perfect.
Beautiful home. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderfully relaxing time hanging out on the patio outside and in the parlor. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely & served our needs just fine.We enjoyed our evenings sitting outside in the courtyard. The only thing to be aware of is that two bedrooms are upstairs & one down, the stairs were built with the house I believe & they are super steep. Nothing we couldn’t handle but I just wanted to make others aware.
Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We were unable to use the backyard, which was absolutely beautiful and inviting, due to the schedule and weather. The off street parking was a big plus.
Absolutely enchanting in every way! I would say without a doubt the very best place I have ever stayed...and that includes a Castle! My elderly mother and I could not have been more comfortable and cozy here. Every room invites you with charm, comfort and twinkling candlelight. Almost all the rooms have electric fireplaces as well...so extra special! The kitchen was one of my very favorite rooms. I cooked almost every night on the vintage style cast iron stove. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for my mother and I as it was much easier for her to navigate on the first floor. It was also nice to have space and I adored the upstairs bedrooms.Upper balcony is wonderful to capture a bird's-eye view as well.Front porch so charming and lovely. The back yard was SOOOO amazing to say the least. The vintage style flickering street lamp was so beautiful and appears as if it is gas fed. The fire pit IS gas fed and is also amazing. All times of the day it is comfortable and beautiful watching the squirrels, birds and the busy bees buzzing on the surrounding lavender. Gorgeous double knockout pink roses and puffs of hydrangea so beautiful I made many bouquets The hosts were top notch...can not say enough about their outstanding service. If you are on the fence about staying here....DO IT. You live only once and it is THE best... hands down!!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home for a night so our son and his girlfriend could attend a concert in downtown Indy. We loved the decor and it was a beautifully curated space that told a story. The reproduction refrigerator and stove made the kitchen space so unique, and the furnishings were lovely. The beds were comfortable, and the patio space gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable, with lots of beautiful decorations to catch your eye. A time capsule!
We celebrated my daughter’s Pride and Prejudice-themed Birthday party with a few of her friends, and it was a huge success! This place made it extra special - the vintage decor is amazing!!! We enjoyed taking photos inside and the outside patio. Responsive and accommodating host- Lynn, we can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend!
We loved the place so much we stayed an extra night! Clean and sooo much character! Loved the decor and even the antique kitchen!!! If we ever make it back to the area we will stay there in a heartbeat!!!

Great little house in the heart of downtown Noblesville!
Loved the historic aesthetic of this place. It was very clean and spacious. The backyard was very welcoming for cooking out and enjoying the outdoors, however it rained so we were unable to enjoy it. So, we went to the Grindhouse for dinner and played games inside when we returned.
We reached out to the host about our hopes to have a small gathering. He was very responsive and offered to meet us prior to our stay to show us around. We enjoyed hearing all about their renovation process during our look through. During our stay, we enjoyed the thoughtfulness and beauty of the space.
This house was PERFECT for a weekend in Noblesville. It's so cute and lovely. 4 adults fit just fine, and there's a 3rd bed room! The tub was great. The decorations were incredible. I've already messages the host to try to book another weekend for next year!
Summary: Very nice place in good location. But just because it sleeps 7 doesn’t mean you should. Beautiful home. Both bathrooms downstairs right near each other was strange when main bedrooms were upstairs. Downstairs bedroom small and not very comfortable. But it worked. Home was not very clean when we got there (old socks in bathroom as well as items elsewhere).Had a few issues during stay that owner addressed quickly and professionally. Some I just fixed to save time.
