Excellent location and great property for us!! Close to our kids and grandkids that live nearby and everywhere else too. Property and the surrounding area was perfect for our pet with fantastic walking paths and beautiful scenery with pond and playground and swimming pool too! Paul was also a a great host and easily accessible and very helpful. We loved it!!!

Incredibly clean property in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to Ladera Ranch. This property was perfect our family of 4. We normally would stay at The Mission in San Juan Capistrano. But for the same price (actually cheaper this time of year), we got much more space! Paul was very easy to work with and very responsive to our communications. Highly recommend.

Overall the property was fine, comfortable living room couch, beds and plenty of towels, etc. But the place feels very sterile, lacks ambience - there isn’t a single lamp in the living room to create warmth ….all the lights throughout are so bright (and LED unfriendly!) as to be blinding and the dimmers don’t do the trick….The kitchen needs a toaster, the toaster oven presently there doesn’t work well at all….also you need an electric tea kettle or one for the stove top. Otherwise we enjoyed the outdoor patio (which could benefit from a shade umbrella) and the meadow lake just across is a lovely walk in the evening.
