I was in town to meet my grand daughter and my two daughters and grandson stayed with me. The kitchen was well stocked and this was so helpful. I made several meals from my son and daughter-in-law and we enjoyed the back yard while they visited. We also enjoyed a walk in Columbia Park.

Winter storm week and home did not have central heating.Home had small space heaters with a warning not to use too many of them because you could blow a fuse. Some space heaters were on electric timers. A lot of work just to keep warm.

Great little house in Torrence

Our family of four spent a week here for Spring Break. The location was great. The house was very well stocked. We had plenty of space to relax. Communication with the owner was simple and quick. It's kind of a funky old house, but we liked it. I would totally recommend this listing.

Great Torrance Stay

We had a great stay in this comfortable home while visiting Torrance for work. Everything was perfect and the house was clean and just like it was advertised. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit such as Del Amo Shopping Center and the Redondo Beach Pier. The host's communications were great so we know what to expect. We will definitely book again when we are back in Torrance.

Great large home, it was clean and spacious. The house is so close to grocery stores, restaurants, shop that you can even walk to them. I highly recommend this house who is looking to stay in the South Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and the host is super nice and easy to communicate with.

Why they chose this property

This has been a family property for over 30 years. It's a good quiet & safe neighborhood. You might see kids playing soccer in the park, riding bikes, & friendly people walking their dogs or just going for a stroll. It's right at the border of Redondo Beach, a straight shot West down 190th St. & you land right in between Redondo & Hermosa Beaches in about 5 minutes!

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 story home, very open feeling, vaulted ceilings, & a large backyard/outdoor area for you to relax. Just steps to Columbia Park if you want to go for a walk or kids want to play!
