The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The entire process was so easy from start to finish, and we had everything we needed. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay! The property was just as described, and the location was perfect for easily getting to Bentonville and exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only area that could use some improvement was the cleanliness of a few things, particularly the coffee maker and hot tub, which could have used some extra attention. Aside from those minor issues, we had a really nice experience and enjoyed our time here!

We loved staying in Rogers for our family gathering. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor and the kitchen was well-equipped. And the pool area was perfect for the kids! The multitude of outdoor cameras and indoor Alexas was a little off-putting, but it was a lovely home.

We truly enjoyed this property. Great house with a great pool and outdoor living area. Check in was easy and house was very clean. The only thing that was a surprise was that the bunk beds pictured were in the primary bedroom. We made it work for our group but wouldn’t have been preferred placement. Would happily stay again.

Perfect house for a large group

We stayed with a group of friends while in town for Bikes Blues and BBQ. Location was great!! Amenities were wonderful with everything thought of.

Great long term stay for business travel

My team of 4 stayed at this property during an extended work trip. Saved us money on a hotel, they were able to use all the amenities and feel the comfort of home away from home. The property was great. They loved it very much and said they would definitely stay again.

Sisters weekend

We had an amazing time!! The pool and hot tub were exactly what we wanted and needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again for our sisters weekend!! Thank you for an amazing vacation. Barb and her sisters

Great house and perfect location. Extremely quiet area but close to everything. Older home but in pretty good shape and appeared to be recently updated. Pool was nice although could use a little TLC. Wooden deck got extremely hot when sun was on it so must wear sandals/shoes when walking on it. Had a few ants inside which is a pretty common issue with all the trees around. Wasn’t a major concern. The home was clean except under the couch which hadn’t been touched in awhile. (dropped my phone between cushions or wouldn’t have noticed). All in all it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. The location is absolutely perfect.

Perfect family getaway home!

We had a wonderful time in Bentonville/Rogers. The home was perfect for our family and is set up beautifully for a comfortable stay. It's also a great place for anyone who loves music—my husband and father had a blast playing the drums and piano, letting their inner Metallica and Beethoven shine! The patio was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of mountain biking, and the refreshing pool was a great bonus. Overall, this is a fantastic house that we would love to stay in again!

Enjoy having space

We stayed for over 20 days while our home was being remodeled. The location is very convenient and the house was more than enough for a family of four. If any maintenance items came up we sent them to the owner and we had a quick response. It was a very easy process and we were grateful that we had a home of this size to stay in.

Newly updated. Great location

Though the house was newly updated, it did have some issues with the heater not working and a leaky toilet that caused issues. I understand it was over Thanksgiving. However, when you own properties it shouldn't matter and repair. A person should have been on site regardless of the holiday. Eventually the issue was taken care of
