Great Place and Location!

Loved our stay- everything was well organized , super clean and wonderfully decorated. Location was easy walking to many restaurants and shopping. Owner was so nice and texted recommendations each day.

Very good location near Coligney and close to the beach. The condo was clean and perfectly sized for a young family. Best of all, the host was amazing! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Small but very nice condo. Excellent location with the beach only a short stroll down the walkway. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Property manager was very kind and helpful!

Perfect Getaway

I planned a short getaway and found this gem right on the Atlantic. Kendall did a great job communicating information about the condo’s various access codes. This was my first trip to Hilton Head our 20th anniversary, so I asked Kendall for some restaurant recommendations. Not only did those turn out great (The Sage Room for anniversary dinner was fantastic), but she went above and beyond by leaving a little ‘happy anniversary’ treat. Thank You!I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head.

Great winter getaway

Enjoyed a little winter getaway to Hilton Head. Rebecca was a great host making sure we had everything we needed even gave us restaurant suggestions. Very comfortable bed!! Perfect size condo for a couple. Would definitely rent from Rebecca again.

Great stay!

We had a great time being so close to the beach! We enjoyed being in the Coligny Plaza area with lots of restaurant and bar options. The place was very clean and comfortable, a bit small in size but it worked perfectly for the 2 of us. Nice little balcony with a view of the ocean. :) Thank you!!

Wonderful Couple Retreat

This condo was located in a perfect location for bicycling, shopping, dining and time on the beach. Rebecca, Manager, could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond the norm. Cute, efficient for a couple to relax and enjoy Hilton Head.

Perfect Weekend Beach Getaway!

Wonderful place to stay - highly recommend! Great communication from the start - from easy to follow instructions on how to access the condo to departing. Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Very convenient location - walking distance to restaurants & shops and of course the beach. It was nice that we didn’t have to drive anywhere during our stay. We'd love to stay here again!

Great location and perfect rental for a couple

My husband and I rented the condo last minute and could not have had a better trip. Rebecca was super responsive and made the check-in process very easy. The condo is exactly as described and it is right on the beach, making it very easy to pop down for a bit. It is also very convenient to get to the Coligny area, where we walked to every day. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple!

We love this condo. Our third stay at this condo. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had what we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony and easy access to beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Owner is quick to respond and communicate.

First trip to Hilton Head Island

This condo is beautiful, exactly as the photos show. Rebecca was super responsive and easy to deal with. Great location, close to Coligny. We rented bikes through Island Rentals, also close by, easy walk to their curb location. Biking was fun and good way to get around to explore. Ready to go back!

Excellent location for a short stay!

Condo is very clean and well equipped. It was a perfect cozy size for 2 people and was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, nice pool and easy to drive to other areas to visit stores and restaurants. If we were staying a whole week I would maybe like a better front of ocean view, you can definitely see the ocean just not close enough to hear or see the waves. This owner was very respectful of our privacy while also being more than helpful. Overall a great experience.

Honestly couldn't have asked for more. The condo was as advertised with an ocean view from the balcony and steps to the beach. Condo had everything I needed; the host anticipated my every need right down to the Keurig coffee maker, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Very pleased with my stay and plan to return.
