Possibly the most lovely rental I've ever stayed in. Rental company responded to questions immediately. Beautifully renovated farmhouse. Spotless. Comfy beds. Serene country views from the windows. Hoping to stay here again for our annugirls weekend.

Inside nice; outside unkept

The inside of the home is well cared for. However, the outside landscaping and particularly the porch/bbq area is very unkept. There are weeds throughout the patio tiles & the grill did not look useable.

The house and property were beautiful and exactly as they appeared in the photos. Host was very responsive through the entire experience. We very much appreciated all of the unexpected extras the host left for our convenience. This was by far the nicest place our family has stayed. :-)

The host was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We have stayed at multiple homes in the area, and this is by far the best one ... the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need, the bathrooms have recent and well-done renovations, and the property itself is quiet and beautiful. Also, the lighting is great in the home, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We hope to return!

What a lovely property! I was returning to Ithaca for the first time in almost 20 years and this was perfect place to stay. We had a little difficulty finding it from the Google map directions but once we did, our entire party fell in love. This property is just a little bit north of the Tompkins County airport and very easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The renovated kitchens and bathroom were luxurious and clean, well stocked kitchen (with sparkling water and snacks left by the host for us), comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping space for our party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. So much space to spread out with lots of comfy seating, a sweet patio, lovely decor and so many plants. We had no trouble with checking in, getting settled or checking out. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

This property is EXACTLY as described. The photos represent the amenities perfectly. Comfortable space with ample ways to relax and enjoy. Very clean and bright space. Fire pit at night was incredible. Communication before, during and after our stay was incredible. An absolutely perfect getaway!

Family Getaway

This charming farmhouse was just what we needed for a weekend getaway for my husband, adult daughter, and our younger daughter as well. It was the perfect location for our points of interest. Well appointed, clean, comfortable, and indeed charming. Cate was proactive to communicate and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect home with beautiful features

This home was beyond charming, full of character, and a perfect fit for our family of five. The home is tastefully redone and was a perfect hub for our adventures in Finger Lakes/Ithaca region. We enjoyed the games provided, grill, backyard, kitchen, fire pit, and charming upstairs. Kids were able to stay in one room and us in other primary. The home also had great fragrances and decor. We truly enjoyed our stay and the management did a great job
