This freshly renovated, beautiful A-Frame, waterfront lake house is located in Deerfield Resort at Norris Lake. It offers accommodation for up to 19 guests with five bedrooms - two on the main level, and three full bathrooms.

Your group will enjoy two tiers of walkout decks with beautiful lake views, a grill, outdoor eating areas, a dock, two refrigerators, ice machine, and fire pit.

The main level offers a great room with a living and dining area, a full kitchen, a laundry nook, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. You will have access to the large wrap-around deck from the great room and kitchen, which houses a grill, outdoor eating area/table, and furniture for lounging.

The upper level is a loft and offers one bedroom, one full bathroom and an open sleeping with a sitting area.

The basement offers one bedroom with a walkout deck overlooking the lake, a living room and wet bar area, full bathroom, and a bunk room with three (3) twin over full bunk beds.

There is a shared dock with the neighboring home, and walkable pathways to get there. You are welcome to drive a side-by-side down the pathway to the dock, You will have access to a shared 4x4/side-by-side to get from the house to the dock and back.

This home is perfect for accommodating large families or groups with many children.

Included in this rental is a shared 4x4/side-by-side UTV to get from the house to the dock and back.

You can book both of our neighboring houses to accommodate 35 guests, with adjoining walkways to the private dock.
Must be 25 years of age or older
Provide a copy of your government-issued ID before trip.
Trailer parking - must have boat launched before pulling into the driveway.
Only UTV's (no cars/trucks) on pathways to water.
Do not leave garbage bags outside, animals will get into it.
All trash must be removed from the property upon checkout.
Cover outdoor fabric furniture when it rains or at the end of each day.
