We loved the condo and it was perfect for our weekend stay! Loved the historic neighborhood, nearby coffee shop and trail to run along the river. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

A sweet little spot in a sweet town. Not a far drive from Louisville if you don’t want to stay in the big city.

Perfect small town feel by Louisville

This property was the perfect escape for a long weekend while in the area for a music festival. The place was clean and a great size for two people to relax and escape the heat in the air conditioning between concerts.

Condo in New Albany

Great little condo on the river front. Close to restaurants etc. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was super soft - can be an issue if you need a firm mattress. Church clock tower can be heard in the quiet of the night.

Response from VrboOwner on 12 May 2025
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Usually the clock tower does not chime during the late evening and overnight hours but they were having some technical difficulties! Our sincere apologies if you were disturbed.

Overall very clean place, only downside was that only 1 tv actually worked and there was only 3 soup pans for cooking.

Response from VrboOwner on 15 October 2025
Thanks for letting us know about the TV, it was just the batteries so both TV's are functional again. We have also added some additional pots and pans.

Property owner canceled 28 hours prior to check in claiming “environmental”. All other properties in the area were available to rent. When I messaged the property owner back, he did not respond. Would not rent from this property owner - very risky.

Nice

This was perfect for my daughter and me; clean, tidy, and the hosts were excellent in communication. The bedroom has outside light that comes in through the window, making it lighter than what I prefer when sleeping (but I like a really dark room).
