The lower level includes a large rec room with a pool and football table, sectional seating, and a flat screen TV with cable. Also included are two lakeside decks with outdoor tables, ample seating, and a fire pit. Fun water toys include 2 double kayaks, one single kayak, paddle board, large inflatable raft, and a pontoon paddle boat. A 21’ pontoon is available for an additional charge.
