This very sun-lit apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Piazza Navona. It is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has its own private sitting room. The apartment has air conditioning (in each room!) and a wi-fi internet connection. It is characterized by period furniture and wooden floors.

The apartment is located at walking distance from the major tourist attractions like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, San Peter’s Basilica and Colosseum and is well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is just around the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale, and so on.

The neighborhood offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed so that visitors will really feel part of the atmosphere of old Rome.

Restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie, supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner, and a fascinating open-air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de Fiori square a few steps away from the apt.

Perfect Location

We visited Rome for three days prior to our Western Mediterranean cruise. Andrea was extremely helpful, not only securing transportation from the airport to the apartment and then to the port, but he also arranged transportation to the airport after our cruise. The location is perfect. Centrally located and within walking distance of most major historical sites. The apartment was clean, and the decor was definitely authentic. There was a great breakfast cafe a few steps away. Absolutely loved it!

Gorgeous apartment within walking distance to all the sights.

This apartment was beautifully furnished, large and airy, and located centrally. We very much enjoyed our time here. Andrea was very helpful, and met us upon check in. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood we felt very safe in, close to top notch restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to spend some time in Rome!

This apartment was amazing and in the middle of the Vatican and the coliseum. It was right across the street from several restaurants and close to shops and a grocery store. We thought it was a perfect spot.The apartment itself was pretty spectacular with lots of space. It was decorated amazingly. So many books! The air conditioner worked well. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Two bathrooms. WiFi was great! Kitchen was stocked well.Richard the host, was great. Communicated well before and throughout. He met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough run down including many tips for Rome. He’s very understanding. He was much appreciated. He also obtained a taxi for us on the day we left to get tot he airport which was amazing.Overall, a great place to stay in Rome. Would highly recommend this place. My entire family thought. It was amazing!

Exceptional Stay

Andrea was the perfect host before, during, and after our stay. Thank you so much for arranging our driver who met us at the airport. The apartment is exactly as described in VRBO and close to everything we wanted to see. Andrea made sure we had coffee sugar and showed us how to use the coffee maker on the stove. This apartment by far was the nicest place that we stayed in during our two week trip to Italy and France.. I would absolutely stay here again. Until I see you next time, thank you again for the perfect stay.

Hospitality at its best!

The property was perfect for our adult family in terms of spacious accommodation, warm, comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms, making us feel very special. Andrea was so helpful with guides, basics for us to be able to make the most our visit. Lots of little extras such as adapters so we could get straight into our holiday. The location is perfect to explore Rome, with plenty of local amenities. We followed many recommendations which were invaluable. We shall be returning!

Italian immersion

Just finished up a 5 week stay at Andrea's wonderful apartment in Rome. We used this as our base of operations and it was a great choice. With two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, we had plenty of space for the occasional family member and friends to visit with us for a few days. The location was great, being essentially right in between Campo De Fiori, and the Navona district. You can walk and/or take the bus to just about anywhere you can think of. The apartment itself is lovely and well represented by the photos shown online. Certainly was a 5 star adventure for us!

Wonderful apartment

Andrea has a wonderful, spotless, beautifully decorated, thoughtful touches that are beyond what most hosts do. The location was wonderful. What a blessing the elevator was since two of us were senior citizens. So many restaurants and shops a short distance away. Only one snag, we had 4 guests instead of 3 so he charged me an extra 25 euros for linens and towels. Since we slept in the same bed there were no extra linens. Excessive in my opinion since the listing said the apartment held 4 guests. BUT in spite that, he was fantastic and what a great place to stay in Rome.

Perfect Rome Apartment

We have stayed in many Rome apartments, this is our favorite! Perfect location, near all our favorite sites and restaurants. Perfect layout with two large beds and two full bathrooms. We are use to sleeping in king size beds and these beds were great for us! Host met us at the apartment on time, explained all the appliances and procedures clearly, then let us enjoy our stay. The apartment was so clean! You can tell it is professionally cleaned between each guest. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. I really appreciated the toilet paper, paper towels and assorted cleaning supplies that were available for us to use during our stay. This was by far the cleanest, most appointed and best situated Rome apartment we have stayed at. I will definitely stay at this apartment again.

I wished I could give this flat a 20!!!

Our family of four adults had the blessing of staying at Andrea's flat in the middle of "old Rome" during the month of November. We took one of the buses which takes you from the airport to Roma Termini where we hopped on Bus 64 which is right outside the front of Roma Termini to the apartment. We used the CityMapper App which I highly recommend. A few days before we arrived, Andrea who is an AMAZING HOST texted me WhatsApp to ensure that he provided us with all of the details to check in. Upon arrival at the flat Andrea was already waiting for us. He explained everything about the BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE FLAT. He also recommended a restaurant which was across the street called Pizzeria La Montecarlo. The food and service was phenomenal. We also tried the gelateria Frigidarium 2 min. walk from the flat - which was amazing! We had dinner (twice) at a restaurant called 433. We had the "Tonnarelli Gricia with Truffle." It was truly delicious!!!! By the way Bus 64 stops on the sidewalk as you come out of the flat and next to the newsstand or kiosk where you can purchase your tickets. The young people attending to that kiosk were extremely friendly and helpful too. Please note that you may need cash to purchase the metro-bus tickets which can be purchased at Roma Termini and all the tabacchi stores. If you are considering staying at Andrea's flat, DO IT!!!! You will have the time of your life in the center of Rome in a GORGEOUS PLACE.

The apartment was located in an excellent location with narrow streets, and lovely little independent shops, cafes and restaurants and importantly within walking distance of all of the major sites. This is a very nice property--in fact, the best I have ever used (and I have used a LOT). It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and Andrea is a property manager par excellence. A friend and I stayed for the month of September. It is on the second floor (third U.S. floor) and is very sunny and pleasant. All rooms have their own air conditioners. The master bedroom has an attached den/study area, and it was most useful for me since I needed the desk to write a book about Rome. The kitchen is well designed and equipped, very clean, user friendly, and has top-notch appliances. There is a special clothes dryer in the bathroom attached to the guest bedroom, but we found it not very useful for those not sleeping in that room. An added foldup rack for clothes drying would have been useful. We shopped every other day for groceries to make breakfast and snacks and were able to choose from either the Campo dei Fiore one block away or the smaller general "convenience" stores, Crai and Pam, also a short distance away. There is a taxi stand and waste recycling bins across the street less than a block away. Andrea really knows his business well. He met us at the apartment on time and provided us with all the information we needed to make for a comfortable stay. We tried many of the restaurants he recommended and they are excellent. We ate lots of homemade pasta and grilled vegetables and even took a cooking class. This is a highly recommended flat in a perfect location.
