Location is great for a base for exploring the city. Walkable to almost everywhere. The condo is a little choppy with rooms at various sides, kitchen down one hall and living room down another, so we didn't use either that much, but overall the condo had everything we needed. The bathrooms and showers are very small but manageable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great property within 5-10 minute walking to piazza navona. Host was amazing. The apartment was beautifully appointed. The couch and chairs in the main living area could have been a bit more comfy - but it would not keep me from staying there. Cute restaurants nearby.

Great location for visiting Rome and physical comfort when home. Two minor things: no hot water in main bedroom sink and object to extra euros cost for arriving late when caused by a national transport strike that never happened

The unit was clean and was just like the photos! Loved the Italian decor and feel. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with dishes. Laundry machine in unit was fabulous.Location was perfect for getting to the Basilica, Castel San Angelo, even walked to the Colliseum. We would happily return.Perfect for two couples to enjoy.

The entire experience was wonderful! The check in was easy and Andrea arranged for a pickup from the airport and when we left. The apartment is beautiful and close to everything including great restaurants, grocery store and shops. Piazza Navona at night was beautiful! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Andrea was a wonderful host. He was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us very good instructions. The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of all the beautiful sites of Rome. Everything was walkable. The apartment was large and comfortable with air conditioning that worked well during our very warm August stay. If there is one criticism it would be the beds are very firm. A mattress topper would be a great addition.

GREAT, centrally located property, walkable to restaurants, shops, market and many sites of interest. Loved the decor and AC worked well in 95 degree temps. Appreciated that we could drop off our bags at 10:30 and meet Diego (great guy) - returned at 2:30 when apt was cleaned to check in. The host offered to arrange transportation from cruise port and to airport - SUPER experience. Couple things to realize: there is no dryer in apartment (as listed)- used racks to dry clothes. Additionally, the beds are very firm and could use a topper or updated mattress. The switches are not labeled, so a bit of trial and error with lights. Also, one of the bedrooms has only sheers covering the windows, so we figured out how to close the shutters to minimize outside light.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and organized. We used the kitchen daily and had everything we needed. Andrea was very easy to reach, my flight had been cancelled, and my family was gonna need to be let into the apt. The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything, attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Coffee every morning. So cool, I went out and bought one. Forgery close by.

Staying here was a really good experience. Smooth checking proces. Andrea provided lot of details about the apartment, rooms were spacious, bathrooms are nice. No noise inside the apartment even though it is very close to the main road. Walkable from most tourist attractions. Highly recommend staying here for your stay in Rome.

This is a lovely apartment near the Vatican and Piazza Navona. One note is that it said it had a washer and dryer. It has a mechanical washer, but the dryer is a rack that you can hang your clothes on to dry. Even so, it is a good way to experience a Roman apartment furnished in antiques.

Excellent communication with the host, Andrea. Also we had a very nice welcome from Diego who showed us around and answered all our questions. There are stairs, but a lift is available for heavy luggage. Good location, close to the sights, but in a quieter area. Our family of 4 would stay here again because we all had our own space.

The apartment was in an excellent location, making it easy to navigate through Rome. Andrea was incredibly helpful with dinner and coffee recommendations and meeting us early to check in so we could store our luggage before our check in time.

The apartment was GORGEOUS! It really put us in a European Vacation mode. It is in a perfect location, we walked to everything from the Vatican/Basilica to the Colosseum, everything was no more than a half hour walk. After long days in the summer heat the apartments airconditioning was welcome. The wifi worked great and you could relax on the comfy couch and watch Netflix if you chose. Andrea put together a lovely brochure of everything around the area. We just ventured out and went up the alley ways and found great restaurants, gelato places, shopping for groceries or souveniers. If you go left on the main street there is the best gelato place and if you go right, there is the taxi area as well as a second hand shop my son loved. We really did not get the bus system, but things were close enough to walk or we just grabbed a taxi. The only downfall of the apartment, be ready for some very hard beds, we dont mind them. The elevator is a bit funny as it is small and old fashioned but it works!!! Oh, and, please dont slam the elevator doors or the apartment door as the lady near by does not like it.....
