Florida Snow Birds

The villa was new and very nice. Location was ideal for us because it was close to friends and family. Also it's close to the beach and other entertainment. Enjoyed the community pool and pickleball courts! Overall a very nice stay!!

Great place in a friendly community! We had a great time overall. Third community amenities were awesome. We enjoyed watching the wildlife around the pond (many varieties of birds, a couple rabbits, an armadillo and a couple of alligators).The only drawbacks were traffic noise at the pool, and the occasional noise (loud music) from the Twisted Fork restaurant and/or the Charlotte County fairgrounds, which are right next door. We only heard the loud music twice during the 5 weeks we were there. We could only hear the music from inside the home one day/evening.
