The place was beautiful! Loved the roof top patio. There was a little bit of confusion getting in originally but that was due to being unfamiliar with the area. I would recommend this place!

We so enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The property’s location on King Street is ideal and didn’t have any issues with noise. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious and beds were very comfortable! The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Great condo & in the perfect location, step right-out onto King St! If want to be downtown in the middle of everything, this is the spot you want to be! The property is wonderful and well maintaned. We really enjoyed the roof top during the evenings… everytime i could not find my wife, that is where she would be!!! Thanks & see you next trip!!

We had a family gathering in Charleston. This property is in the center of everything. We parked our cars in the garage and walked everywhere. So, location is a big plus. We did breakfasts in. It was very convenient. The kitchen has everything you will need. A really nice feature was the roof-top patio. We had drinks and before dinner conversations up there -- very nice. This condo must have been finished by a master craftsman. The wood working and joinery is a sight to behold. It is definitely a first rate property. For some, loading may be challenging. You do have to navigate a flight of stairs. We are in our 80's and managed just fine. But a roof top condo does require getting to the roof. The condo is ultra spacious. Perfect for group gatherings.

Fabulous location. I was worried about noise being an issue since we were right on King Street, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The rooftop patio is such a bonus.

What an amazing place in the heart of it all. The unit was large, spacious, bright and clean. The rooftop was a greay place to relax and unwind in the sun! Communication with the host and check on/check out was seamless. We would definitely come back again!
