RENOVATED! Recently renovated kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool! This is a fantastically located home with private pool and hot tub (heated for an additional charge), a wonderful back yard with a beach path conveniently located just steps away that leads to a vast, quiet, and amazing beach. The upper level has a screened in porch overlooking the pool with a partial view of the ocean. The porch has a seating area for lounging and a breakfast table which seats four, perfect for playing cards. Also on the upper level is a living room with TV and stereo, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, TV and bath, and a second bedroom with a king size bed, TV and bath. The lower level has a common area with TV, a sectional sofa which converts into two single beds and a trundle bed which also has two single beds-- a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'. Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with a pair of twin beds and TV. Downstairs there is a laundry room and two full bathrooms across the hall from the bedrooms.

The home is in the perfect location! You can relax around the pool or take a 100 yard walk to the beach and watch the sunset, play bocce ball or paddle ball, spot dolphins playing in the water or count the turtle nests as you walk along the beach. It is just a three minute walk to South Beach Marina where you will find small shops and the Salty Dog restaurant or where you can rent bikes at South Beach Racquet Club and take short bike rides (15 to 20 minutes) to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. There is tennis at South Beach Racquet Club and golf at the many island golf courses including Harbour Town. There is also great boating and many fine restaurants.

Awesome week in South Beach!

The location and amenities of this rental are fabulous- so close to the beach and South Beach Marina, with your own private pool we all enjoyed. The house is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We would happily stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

Love this property

This is our third time staying at 4 Brown Pelican and we would love to come back again soon! The home is lovely and so well taken care of. The property is very private but in the perfect location - so close to the beach and the Salty Dog + South Beach pickle ball club! The pool is well maintained and the owner is lovely to work with and very responsive. Loved our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location and amenities were ideal for our family of 6 plus room to spare. Plenty of space to spread out, yet the large open gathering space upstairs was perfect for eating together, family time, and games! We loved barbecuing on the new egg-style charcoal grill. (There is no gas grill for those that prefer propane) Everything was as described and much enjoyed. Thank you!

Great location for our family gathering!

Great location for our HH stay! Easy walk to beach bike rental salty dog. House was well stocked…Can opener and wine opener could use replacing but everything else was great.
