Awaken to the pristine waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath  condominium located on the 6th floor at Inn at Summerwind. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel the tension slipping away and relaxation slipping in. "Hooked On a Feeling" sleeps six with a king size bed, two alcove beds and a sleeper sofa. The full service kitchen includes all appliances, and the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Condo 604 E boasts flat-screen TV`s, DVD`s, WiFi for your entertainment and you have the benefit of being able to relax on your own private ocean front balcony! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

I’ve stayed in many condo’s at Summerwind over the years and this one is one of the best. This home is beautifully decorated and very well cared for. The host even reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be returning to this condo!

We had such an amazing time! The management company made the process so easy and they even checked on us after we arrived. We hope to resent from them again as they truly made the process seamless. The pictures did not do the condo justice. It’s even more beautiful in person and the view is perfection. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved it so much we only went out for dinner one night. We preferred to stay in and enjoy the place. This was our one year anniversary, so thank you for making it perfect.

The living room furniture could use an update. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the cushions kept falling in. The other two chairs were wicker and not comfortable at all. Everything else was great! Very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. The air worked very well and most of the time had to keep it at 75. Be sure and take everything you need for the kitchen as in spices, coffee filters, etc. There is a single cup maker also.

Great location and unit very clean but couch in living area was completely worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Do not rent this unit until they replace that awful couch!

The room was perfect for just the two of us. It was clean and easy to get into to. Elevators had no waits really. The pool was nice and clean we didn’t spend time there we were always at the beach! There was this weird knocking sound that was coming from the bathroom where we kept thinking someone was knocking at the door. It sounded like water dripping also but we couldn’t locate it. Overall was an amazing trip and we plan to come back again!! Everything was so simple and with the gate to get to the pier made it sooo easy and nice to walk over there get a bite to eat or walk the pier 10/10 suggest this place if you’re staying here!

Paradise

We stayed for the week at this property. The beach and pool were great. The location was breathtaking with water all around. A couple of restaurants within walking distance and others within a couple of miles.

Super Clean!

We had a great time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. I do think it’s time to invest in some new furniture in the living area. Every piece was very uncomfortable. We like sitting around and watching movies at night, so it was a problem for us. Everything else was fabulous!

3 night stay

It’s hard to find a short stay(3 nights) on the beach during the summer . Most want you to stay 6-7 nights. So this was perfect! No complaints other than it was listed on the site I checked as a 2 bedroom. When I booked the details said 1 bedroom with hallway bunk beds. It worked for what we needed. Other than that I would recommend.oh and Mattress was extremely firm.
