About this property

Cozy Studio Retreat one block from Downtown Noblesville.

Short walk to the Noblesville downtown square where you can find all kind of nightlife activities. We have new restaurants and bars opening all the time. During the day there are retail stores and antique markets on the square to shop

We are very short drives to Grand Park in Westfield, Ruoff Music Center and Connor Prairie outdoor museum. Also, we are close to Mustard Seed wedding venue and Mill Top event venue. Golf course is 5 mins. away.

You have your private entrance to our studio apartment attached to our 1898 house. We completed some updates the start of 2026 that we hope our future guest will enjoy. Totally private space that is very quiet. Great place for a visiting sport athlete or a couple who just needs a quick getaway suite. You can relax in our soaking tub in the bathroom or watch your favorite Netflix show in the living room. The whole studio was updated in April of 2024. All of our guest loves the proximity to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Noblesville. If you have any questions about our property, please reach out to us and we will respond very quickly.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was great to walk to restaurants and shops.It was accurately depicted, the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean, the notebook with restaurant menus was extremely helpful, the barn door divider was awesome, the host was so accommodating…a place we would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying here. They made some updates since the last time and they did a great job, creating a little more privacy if needed. It’s a perfect distance from downtown, a lot of really great places within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again!

Lived in Central Indiana for most of my life. When we bought this house, we always thought our space was great for a short-term rental. Turns out we were right and love hosting people from all over that come to visit the area.

Why they chose this property

We love living downtown Noblesville. Our street is quiet and walkable in any direction you want to go. We are connected to so many trails you can go just about anywhere. The architecture is unique like no other area around us. You can feel the history as you walk the town.

What makes this property unique

Being a short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants allows you to go at your own pace. No need to get in your car to drive there. Not many places you stay in the area can say that. The peace and quiet of our street have been mentioned by a lot of our guest.
