This condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a single shower.
The 2nd bedroom has two full sized beds along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and 60" Smart TV. The whole unit is all tile. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping!
This unit is in a great location on the 6th floor at Phoenix East. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25
*Parking: Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10. There is a 2 vehicle maximum.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

Our family of five loved everything about this condo! Great location, beautiful decor and lots of space. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely hope to book this exact same condo next year and for years to come!
Loved our stay. The property was just as expected. Comfortable beds and all we needed for few days at the beach. Best thing was coffee on the balcony in the am looking at that beautiful beach view.
Expect to have to pay service fees, convenience fees, processing fees, and parking along with your “fantastic rate”

Property was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Had all the equipment needed to prepare meals. Washer and dryer were excellent. Staff and clientele were all very friendly and accommodating.
Shower/bathroom needs updating especially fixtures. Very difficult to get hot water to turn on, same in the kitchen. Other than that a nice clean place to stay.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE. THE ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK AND I REPORTED THIS TO THE OFFICE. IT NEVER WAS ADDRESSED AND WE HAD TO PURCHASE ICE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE FOR DRINKS. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GOOD FAMILY VACATION
My Mom, Aunt, Daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The furniture is outdated but comfortable. The shower leaked and wouldn't turn completely off. The windows and doors were dirty,. The part of the beach we were on was close to construction and they ran machinery with bright lights late at night. We had to walk down the beach to get away from it. It would have been more affordable without all the fees, Cleaning fees, parking pass etc. This resulted in a charge that was more than the room stay. But the beds were comfortable and we made the best out of our stay.

We found the check-in process to be fairly seamless as everything including the door code was electronic. You do have to purchase a parking pass at the resort in person. The resort front desk will have no connection to your unit and can’t answer any questions. They were basically just there to sell parking passes. The property itself is located in a fantastic area of Orange Beach. We were there in early fall 9/29-10/6 so weather was cooler in the evenings. Loved the balcony but hard to hear the ocean because of a fountain at the pool.
Pros:
-Location
-Easy access to pool and beach
-The pool was nice but not heated so cold!
-Kitchen was mostly updated and had a decent amount of utensils, etc.
-Layout and space of condo
Cons:
-Living Room and bedrooms were dated and not clean. I know there is a struggle to find service staff but clearly no one is checking up. We went out and bought a swifter because our feet were black from the dirty tile in the condo. I have a picture of one pad after first use. (Disgusting)
-The couch and furniture appear possibly dated in the photo but in person they are in need of a serious upgrade. We felt uncomfortable relaxing in the evening. Cushions deflated when you sat down.
-The mattresses were probably some of the worst I have ever slept on. I would say they are probably better at a Motel 6.
I think you can deal with a bad mattress if you can at least sit on a comfortable couch but since we couldn’t sit anywhere comfortably that was disappointing. This condo would probably work well for someone who doesn’t plan on being in the room very much. *I really think some furniture upgrades and new shower heads would greatly improve this condo enough that I would consider returning.
-The building itself is dated. Exercise room had older machines and no dumbbells. The building has 3 elevators and while we were there guests got stuck in them multiple times. The front desk was unable to do anything about it so you could tell it probably happens all the time. The elevator was stuck on our floor with people inside and we had to tell them to hold down on the door open and close button for it to take off again. I knew this because of another story from a guest who had gotten stuck on it earlier in the day. The first day two elevator were working. By the third day only one. I suggest booking a more upgraded property. It’s worth some extra $ to feel comfortable on vacation.

Unclean place!!!
The place was not very
Clean. It was dusty over the light fixtures and over the fan including the baseboards. Bread crumbs and food pieces were swept under the furniture. I’m sorry but the cleaning was really what got me. The location of the place was nice right on the beach close to the highway. But I don’t think I will stay there next time.
Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is the $55 parking fee, and there is no covered parking. That is not something the condo owner can help but it was ridiculous.
