Winter beach trip

Overall we had a great time at this condo. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the heated pool immensely to warm up after our windy beach walks. There is a playground and outdoor tables with bbq grills. This allowed for a fun picnic with hotdogs and smores. The inside of the condo is nicely decorated in a beach theme. There are two bathrooms which is nice for a family. The master bed is a bit firm but not terrible. We had a couple small issues and contacted the rental group and they were quick to respond and very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed our trip.

The sandprint condo was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. Had a lovely deck on back to listen to the waves. The staff at Life in Paradise were very helpful and quick to respond. Condo was well equipped. We felt safe and relaxed. The housekeeping crew needs to step it up a little. Though it wasn't dirty. It needed a good deep clean and left over items from previous tenants were still in drawers. We will stay there again. Enjoyed our stay.

Went downhill

As soon as we arrived and opened the door and overpowering smell of musk/mold combined with pesticide spray hit us. I believe they had an exterminator out a few days before and didn’t think to air out the unit before we arrived. Myself and kid have allergies and went home sneezing and w stuffy noses and using our inhalers. The smell never went away even though we bought Lysol. Then we had a group of people above us partying all night and stomping around. At 2:00 am I had enough and called Life in Paradise. They sent out their night staff to tell the people above to keep it down. He stated to call the cops if it keeps up. We’ll, at 3:00 I called the cops. On top of all that, the ac barely blew cold in the bedrooms. The living room was the only room with strong ac. The pool was the best part of our stay and the game room. The pool was heated, clean, and big. The unit was big and well decorated. I would NOT rent this unit! The smell from the mold and pesticides made us sick. The people above us had zero respect. Save your money and stay next door at Sea Isle Village. Thank you Life in Paradise for sending out staff for noise disturbance. We never got relocated when requested and I’m sure management will say the smell was fine, but trust me, it was not! We were so excited about this unit and complex and would have been great if it weren’t for those big issues. Not the Easter weekend we planned!
