This is a beautiful home on the lake with lots of outdoor space. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen especially all the silverware/dishes for such a large family gathering

Beautiful home, plenty to do, close to town

Great parking, space, and lake frontage to use and enjoy for yard games. Loved that it was close to town as well for convenience. Handles a large group of people well. Would book again for sure.

Lovely home in a perfect location

The Ark was the perfect space for our family gathering. The whole home was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals for our group of 16. The main living space was well-designed for our group to be together for meals and activities without getting in each others' way, all while enjoying the stunning view of the sunset over the lake. The location on the lake was perfect for swimming, kayaking, and making several quick trips into Penn Yan to enjoy the town or to pick up groceries.
