Dolphins can be seen jumping through the water. You will experience Florida’s amazing weather from your sparkling private pool with waterfall and spa, many covered patios, and lovely big wood decks. The large, lush grassy yard extends out to the water’s edge.



This stunning Villa features extraordinary architecture -- with a very spacious open floor plan, dramatic cathedral ceilings, an incredible kitchen with island sink and everything you need. There are 2 expansive living rooms and dining rooms, and large outside dining tables on the deck. There are inspiring features throughout. One wing of the estate contains 3 of the 8 bedrooms and an additional small kitchen with dining room and living room area.



All of the 8 fabulous bedrooms (2 King size bed and 6 Queen size) have full bathrooms en suite and French doors onto the deck. There are 2 additional powder rooms. And the big laundry room has a double sink with extra tall fixture, and a great counter for folding laundry.

Peaceful! Magical! Unforgettable!!!

Ahhhh!!!! This amazing home.....and Diana who took care of every little need. We were all so comfortable; so at home. It's definitely our family fave!!!

Great Experience

We had our annual golf trip and stayed at this wonderful property. There was 8 of us and all had our own private rooms. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after golf each day. Close proximity to downtown Dunedin was perfect for walking into town each night for dinner and drinks. Property was very clean and well maintained. Diana was so nice and helpful also. I highly recommend this property!

Family Thanksgiving 2016 - Amazing Time for All!

The photos of this property do not do it justice. Every room has a water view. We hosted a family reunion/Thanksgiving week at the property and had a total blast. While probably not suitable for smaller children, we had a few ranging from 10-13. For both the children and adults, between daily swimming in the pool/jacuzzi, playing pool, ping pong, hide-and-seek, and walking the short distance (1 block) to downtown Dunedin's park, marina, breweries, coffee houses, restaurants and shops, we were all happily, thoroughly exhausted at the end of each day. Even though Clearwater is about 10 minutes away, we only went there one time. Every single bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom (with the exception of the "8th" bedroom which probably an office, but set up as a bedroom if you need it) and all but one room has a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are located in a suite with a separate combined kitchenette (w/full-sized fridge)/living room. The kitchen is well appointed and the home also boasts a great movie room with electric reclining chairs that seats 6 (note: you'll need your own laptop or AppleTV to watch movies in that particular room). The glass sliding doors open all the way, allowing the ocean breezes in. My father is unable to traverse stairs but thankfully there is an elevator that covers all floors, including the huge rooftop deck where you can watch the sunset. Some things to be aware of: - Bring your own soaps and shampoos (or buy them when you arrive), but there are plenty of towels and hair dryers in each room/bathroom and a good supply of laundry and dish-washing soaps/pods. - Two beds are King, the others are Queens, but they were all reported to be comfortable (unless you like extra-firm beds). - Although the neighboring building is far enough away, the noise carries from this property to theirs (not so much the other direction) when the kitchen slider doors are fully open.The neighbors called us only once from their deck and politely asked if we could close the doors, which we did. - Depending on what time of year you're there, I highly recommend paying the additional cost to have the pool heated - you will not regret it! We literally spent at least 6 hours each day in the pool/jacuzzi Last but not least - Diana was awesome. She's very responsive, easy to work with, and very nice! We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic! Five star property

The property was amazing. It is right on the water. Seen dolphins one morning. The house was big enough that everyone in our family, 9 total had a bedroom and bathroom. It had plenty of room for everyone. It also had an elevator which came in handy for our grandson who broke his ankle 2 weeks before. The bathrooms had enough linens and beach towels were provided. The kitchen had everything you needed. The house was very clean. There was a pool table on main floor. The pool was REALLY nice and it was right by the bay. Overall it was a fantastic week!

Lifestyes of the Rich and Famous

We had about 6 couples stay at the home and we had an amazing time. The balconies are massive and there is glass everywhere to take in the views. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Spectacular!

The Villa is beautiful. The decor is eligant but comfortable. We rented to attend a softball tournament and on our days off we never left the Villa. We enjoyed watching the Dolphins and birds from the deck. Even thou there are home close by when you sit by the pool or the back deck you wouldn't know anyone was around. The property is walking distance to downtown Dunedin where ther is plenty to do and many places to eat. There is also lots of place to walk, including a bike path. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place for our retreat

Lots of space to spread out! We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Awesome views! Seen a dolphin just 100ft from the hot tub. $100/day to heat pool, worth it if its not summer. Bummer that the nicest main master suite is locked and off limits HOWEVER all the rooms are as described. In other words, that master suite that is locked off is in addition to all the rooms described. A remote for the garage would be helpful. At this price point, no shampoo in any bathrooms is not acceptable. They are flexible on check in/out times which was very nice. Over all, I would highly recommend renting this home...but bring shampoo:-)

This property was breathtaking !!! The website definitely didn't do it justice ! The views, the decor and hospitality were all first class ! Linda and Diana were amaxing to work with and always easily accessible ! Diana booked my reservation and Linda greeted us at the villa to make sure we were comfortable ! The pool was gorgeous and everything Was perfect for large group entertaining . We used this property to lodge a group of ladies from my sales team and we will def be back ! We didn't want to leave ! Highly reccomend !!!!

Wonderful family holiday

this house was brand new and was perfect for an adult family get together for the holidays. Linda, the local property ambassador was wonderfully accommodating and full of information on local places to visit. The town of Dunedin is a few blocks walk from the house and we we're pleasantly surprised by how much it had to offer. The bike path was also blocks away and allowed us daily activity and alternative ways of getting to both Clearwater and honeymoon beach. The house is represented well by the pictures shown, with spectacular sunsets and incredibly large cozy spaces to congregate. Beds were comfortable and enough towels and linen are supplied.. The only fun complaint I have is the amount of time it took me to walk around at night making sure all the doors were locked and lights were off...it's a big big house ?????

Amazing

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with 14 people and it was fantastic. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was beautiful and relaxing! We enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck at night looking out over the water. Diana was a delight to work with and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a large group!

Top Notch in every way

This Villa was outstanding. Very well furnished, clean and inviting. There are so many ways to enjoy this place from your private balcony to a poolside get together. What we didn't expect was the proximity to the town of Dunedin which boasts great restaurants, bars, shops and marina. It was hard for our group to leave the Villa for meals because the kitchen is made for a chef and the grill is just steps away from the kitchen table or eating out on the deck. We took a vote and already planning on a return stay at the Villa. Diana is the best and will do all she can to make your stay the best. Bottom line: highly recommended.

Wow!!! This property was beyond our expectations!! What a great Family Reunion!!

We chose this home for our family reunion and it was perfect!!! We relaxed by the pool, walked to the shops in downtown Dunedin, fished off of the seawall, watched dolphins swim on by, cooked meals on the grill whilevwatching the beautiful sunsets. We've done several home rentals in the past and the property and amenities were more than we hoped for. Its perfect for the entire family. The only thing I would say is that I would not reccommend it for young children.
