The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Highly recommend and would very happily stay here again!

Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. My family and I had a great time here! Centrally located and right in front of the beach! It had everything we needed (AC, reliable WiFi, washer machine, etc.). Segolene was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here and would easily come back!

The apartment is a wonderful home for a Riviera vacation. It’s easily accessible, right where you want to be on the promenade. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Fabulous apartment and location

We loved staying here. The apartment is very large and comfortable. The balcony was a highlight; great place to view the Med, listen to the music on the beach, drink your wine or coffee. Easy to get the bus to just about anywhere, and the tram was a short 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.
