Beachfront Ocean Level Condo on 7 Mile Beach - 3 Rm - Pool/Jac

The 2,119 square foot condominium is located beachfront only steps from the coveted and pristine white sand of Seven Mile Beach with immaculate views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The resort is a private 24 condo property where you can simply relax at the pool, go snorkeling, swimming, or relax on the beach. The condo is on the ground level so the beach and pool can be reached the moment your heart desires. The secluded Crescent Point Resort has a free-form pool and a large Jacuzzi. The condo also has an enclosed patio if you prefer your own seclusion but also want a view.

The condo has 3 bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen, living room, and dining area have an open air feeling that give the condo a larger than life appearance. A fully equipped gym, 2 barbecues, and lush perfectly manicured landscape make this resort one of the best on the island.

Unfortunately, a storm in 2022 eroded the beach in the area of Crescent Point. This happens from time to time in Cayman. While we have a nice beach with umbrellas and beach chairs, it is not possible to walk along the beach North to the main part of Seven Mile Beach. It is best to take the sidewalk along West Bay Road under the big tunnel about 1/2 mile to the first public beach access path to Seven Mile Beach. From there you can walk North along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Fortunately, the reef in front of Crescent Point has protected the sand of our beach. Also, about 100 yards to the left (South) along the beach is a lagoon for children to play and for wave-free swimming. A breakwater surrounds the lagoon, so there rarely are waves.

The location is within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Caymana Bay with its restaurants and good shopping. A short cab ride will take you to any of Cayman's many fine restaurants. For those of you who have a knack for adventure, you can rent a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak from Red Sail Sports at the nearby Marriott Beach Resort, which is only a three-minute walk along the West Bay Road sidewalk. The Marriott Beach Resort has a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. You can also book activities at Red Sail Sports at the Marriott. The unforgettable Stingray City, is only a short boat ride away. After your first visit to this condo and the Cayman Islands, you will want to keep coming back!

This place is perfect. Perfectly located (supermarket nearby), maintained (beautiful gardens, pool, sandy beach), serviced (Pauline is fantastic host, always available). The beach in front of the property is rocky but walk 20 feet and you can enjoy a beautiful pristine clear water. the rocky beach is a perfect spot for snorkeling fans. There are new BBQ on the property to cook your best meat or fish. The Unit is very modern, full of space, well equipped. Serviced everyday, it makes your stay like at the hotel. We highly recommend this place and this Unit in particular. We will come again. A special thank you to Pauline.

Great Family Condo

Nice sized condo for family of 5. We stayed on the ground floor unit which was perfect to let kids come in and out to pool and beach. Beautiful sunset view from unit or from beach right outside. Cannot swim from this beach area though, need to walk down a few hundred yards toward the Marriott get to sandy area, so may not be as convenient for families with small children. Rocks and coral make for nice snorkeling though.

We loved this place!

We were here for a week in March. With four adults and a toddler, we had everything we needed for a perfect visit. Pauline was so kind. She provided a crib and high chair. The condo is bright, beautiful and quiet. We walked to the grocery store . We didn’t need to rent a car. We are looking forward to a visit next year!

Perfect spot on Seven Mile Beach

We were in the caymans for a wedding and needed a condo for our family of six adults and two babies. Crescent Point turned out to be perfect. The condo was spacious, well appointed and had a beautiful view. The location was great with restaurants and shops nearby. The Kirk supermarket is actually walking distance. Pauline was very helpful. We asked for two cribs to be set up and not only did we have that but found two high chairs set up as well when we arrived. We were also surprised to have cleaning service. The only thing is the beach is s little small and rocky but we found that is the case with much of the cayman beaches. If you walk to the left on the beach there is s little cove they looked nice for swimming although we ran out of time. We’d definitely book this property if we went back again

Beautiful condo and location!

Condo was perfect, right on the beach! It was well maintained and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers that stayed in the condo. We loved the pool which is steps from the patio door. Beach is nice, but a little rocky. Definitely bring swim shoes if you want to explore. If you walk just up the beach a little bit, the water was perfect for swimming. We snorkeled every day right out in front of the condo. We are already planning on going back!

It was the perfect condo...steps to beach or pool and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The condo was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Convenient location with many options we could walk to for breakfast or lunch. The only negative was that we were only there for 3 nights. 😉 Wish we had been able to stay for a week. Would definitely stay there again.

Wouldn't Stay Anywhere Else!

My family just returned from a wonderful stay at the condo. The accommodations were perfect for our family of six adults and a toddler. From the moment we walked in the door and saw the gorgeous view, we knew this place would be awesome...and it certainly was. The beds were all so comfy (including the crib provided, which was almost the same one our grandson had back home, making for an easy transition :), and there wasn't one thing we felt we were missing in the condo. Everything was very clean, and nice to have it kept clean with daily maid service each day. We truly wouldn't stay anywhere else on Seven Mile Beach. Yes, it is rocky in front, but it takes only a minute to head over to the main portion of Seven Mile Beach. Every time we walked by the Marriott, we commented on how much nicer it is to stay at the condo. (But nice to have the Marriott nearby to rent our jet ski and kayak.) We felt like we had a private beach and pool, and both were literally steps outside the screened patio. Loved using the spa every day too! We walked to dinner at a nearby restaurant each evening and always felt safe everywhere we went. Rave reviews from each member of our family! We hope to come back again!

Lovely location with a lovely time away from the cold of winter back east

Condo is nicely laid out and well furnished but 3 cushion sofa is losing its support and saggy. We actually sat on decorative pillows to help alleviate that issue. Had trouble with refrig despite several attempts to repair it so lost some food by freezing temps in refrig. It did not ruin our vacation but was kind of a nuisance. Miss Pauline did her best to take care of it during our stay but it was not to be. Long time getting repair parts which is not her fault. We hope to return in 2019.

Lovely 1st floor apartment

The condo was as described, with spacious common areas. Pauline, the property manager, was very helpful when we had questions. Being on the 1st floor and being able to walk, steps away, to the beach and chairs or visit the pool and jacuzzi was just wonderful. We always found parking (which had been a problem when we stayed at the Marriott). It was nice being at the "dead end" of the beach (although those "in the know" knew to walk on the stepping stones in the water).

Great vacation site to take our 2 grandkids to (and their mom and dad, too).

Our 3rd year in a row in Unit #2. It's a perfect site to vacation with our 4 and 2 year old grandkids. Ground floor, close to the beach, close to the pool. They can get to both easily, and be within our sight. Daily cleaning service is a great bonus, too. We never ran out of fresh, clean beach towels or bath towels. The limited number of units in Crescent Point allows you the comfort not having to share the beach or the pool with large numbers of other people. If you need that, just walk north on Seven Mile Beach.

I am very glad to hear that another guest thinks that the Crescent Point Resort beach is beautiful, even though it is currently separated from the rest of Seven Mile Beach by some rocks and coral due to periodic erosion of sand. As in the past, the sand will return. In the mean time, using water shoes works great! And for those who enjoy snorkeling, the reef right in front of Crescent Point Resort is great and very close to the beach.

Family Vacation

Cresent Point #2 is arguably the best place to stay in Grand Cayman. Ground floor condo is about 80 feet from the ocean. Screened-in porch with a swimming pool within a few feet. Also, near shoping, dive shops and restaurants. Excellent maid service. Will try to stay here again.

Pool was old and not maintained. There was no useable beach whatsoever. Beach filled with rocks, seaweed and sludge. Experience offered was not one you would expect on 7 Mile Beach.

There is hot water in the showers, but it takes a minute to get from the water heater to the showers. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained by a pool service several times a week. As posted photos show, the sandy beach is good size with six large palm trees, recliners on the beach and around the nearby pool. The beach is picturesque and peaceful -- a great place to relax. However, the coral in the water is unusually exposed this season. On the good side, the snorkeling in front of Crescent Point Resort is some of the best on Seven Mile Beach. Direct access to the ocean is about 300 feet down the beach in front of Plantation Village next door. Crescent Point Resort is a 5 minute walk from the Marriott Resort with several excellent restaurants and one of the best beaches on Seven Mile Beach. If you are seeking a resort that has immediate access to the open ocean, I suggest the Marriott or other condominiums on Seven Mile Beach.

This was as if we were in Paradise

Lovely condo with the best location on 7 mile beach. It affords privacy, peace and quiet. Snorkeling out front and plenty of beach to walk. Pauline, Patricia, Verna, and Edgar were very attentive to any need that we had. We would not want to stay any where else. Probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever had and the best accommodations.

This was the best vacation spot ever. Very quiet and peaceful. When we walked in it felt like home. Everything shined. Very, very clean. Was surprised to have maid service as well. Patricia was excellent. Eggar the maintenance man was exceptional. He checked us in as Pauline was hospitalized. We were provided with paper goods and toilet paper which you never get. The pool was well kept. We strolled and swam along the 7 mile beach. Just can't say enough about this place. A true gem.

Home away from home!

After looking at dozens of properties, we chose this based upon location, cost, and amenities. We could not have been more pleased! While conveniently located on Seven Mile Beach, it is on a private beach so as not to be in the midst of all the noise, allowing for a quiet, peaceful beach vacation...our goal. The condo is nicely appointed, with plenty of space for all. The best part, in our opinion, is the large screened-in porch that faces the ocean--we could have spent the entire week out there! We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful condo

Having stayed in dozens of vacation condos with our family, this one will be tough to beat. The condo was better than advertised and very well equipped. Even Pauline, the manager, and Delia, the housekeeper, were delightful. The proximity to the pool and beach was a real asset also. My advice would be, if you're thinking of visiting the area, just rent this and quit looking around--we checked others while there and this is a real find.

What makes this property unique

Crescent Point Resort is located on Cayman's world-famous Seven Mile Beach. A beautiful beach is located only steps away. We love to hear the waves breaking on the reef right in front of our home. The reef is one of the best for snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Easy access to the open ocean is only 50 yards down the beach in front of neighboring Plantation Village. A short 2 minute walk further takes you to the Marriott Resort where you can rent a sail boat, rent snorkeling gear or book a trip to Sting Ray City. The Marriott Resort also has several great restaurants and a gelato shop. What more could anyone ask for?

A 10 minute walk takes you to Caymana Bay, which features great shopping, fine dining and a cinema. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of Crescent Point Resort or be part of the excitement offered by Cayman only a short walk away.

This unit is one of only six at Crescent Point Resort with three bathrooms, instead of only two, giving each of the three bedrooms their own adjoining bathroom.
