This home is in the ideal location providing easy access to all that the wonders that Nantucket Island has to offer!

The house blends modern day amenities with classic Nantucket charm. Central Air conditioning, Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf Range, Bosch Dishwasher, Whirlpool washer/dryer, and wireless internet, are just a few of the modern luxuries this home has to offer. The first floor open floor plan includes a living room, dining room, work space, new eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and a comfortable banquet. The kitchen leads to sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa and French doors to the deck and yard. A side entry way with mudroom, half bath and laundry room complete the first floor. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, 42 inch TV and full bath with a marble vanity and large shower. Across the hall, is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The third bedroom has one twin and additional space that could fit a crib if needed. Each room has ample closet space and modern décor. The backyard has a bluestone patio with a teak dining table and seating for six, Weber gas grill, and outdoor shower. The house comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, and plenty of beach towels.

Annual Trip to Nantucket

My family and I absolutey adored Michael's property and all that it had to offer. It's a great location, just a short walk to town while being in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't ask for anything more, he was very communicative and excellent!

I have been going to Nantucket since I was born. My father used to work for an advertising agency in Manhattan and his boss owned a few properties on the island. We were lucky enough to spend many summers on his house on the Old North Wharf and also his other home on Main Street in the heart of town. I fell in love with the island and have always dreamed of having a place to call my own. I currently live in CT and spend as much time on the island as I can. When I'm not there I enjoy knowing someone else gets to stay and enjoy everything about the amazing and magical island of Nantucket.

Why they chose this property

We have rented a few times on this street in the past. We love the location of the house. It's an easy walk or bike to Something Natural, Steps Beach, Galley Restaurant, Jetties, the Madaket Bike Path, and of course into town for shopping dinner and drinks. The Wave bus stop is on the corner and the Westmoor Club is also around the corner.
