Wonderfully clean newly remodeled modular home located on 5 acres just outside of town. Very safe quiet area that is next to the new Ridge at Johnstown development. 2 minutes to Buc-ee's. 1 mile east of I-25. Easy access to Hwy. 34 and Johnstown Marketplace for many shopping and dining choices. 10 minutes to Blue Arena. 15 minutes to TPC Golf Course. 50 minutes to Estes Park. Owner on site in home next door. Plenty of parking on site for vehicles and easy turn around and parking for trailers.
