Whether you're hitting the slopes at Jack Frost or lounging at our private community beach, this is your home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted a place in the mountains where we could hike, golf, kayak, and most importantly, just relax. This property is perfect for us and we hope it will be perfect for your vacation. We have renovated the chalet from top to bottom and continue to make improvements.

What makes this property unique

This home could not be in a better location in the village. For families, being able to walk to the beach on the largest lake in the development is amazingly convenient. For hunters, you are able to step right off the property into the state game lands. And for skiers, the village boasts two private slopes as well as proximity to the greatest skiing in the Poconos.

But it's the property itself that is the real attraction. The pine paneled ceiling with its recessed lighting and skylights creates that "vacation home" feeling as soon as you walk in. The main room is a wonderful place to gather and play board games. The sleeping loft is great for the kids, while the adults can enjoy the privacy of two downstairs bedrooms. Our kitchen has all the conveniences of home, and you can do your laundry right on the premises.

Outside, we are proud to have one of the few grass backyards in the development, with room to throw the ball or frisbee around. Our fire pit is yours to use (wood not provided) and includes 8 Adirondack chairs. The deck is a great place to relax and eat your meals in the crisp mountain air. Sit outside in the early morning or dusk and catch a glimpse of white tailed deer in the woods, or just enjoy the absence of lawn mowers, street and air traffic, air conditioners, and other noisemakers that invade our lives. When you spend your vacation at our chalet, you will only notice the quiet, the fresh air, and your proximity to nature.
