After a full day outside, come home to a comfortable retreat designed for relaxing and recharging! Located in the Princeton Place Condos, a 32-unit complex, the condo features handcrafted furnishings, a king bed, queen bed, and memory foam sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

Traveling with your four-legged adventure buddy? Dogs are welcome! We provide a dog bed and bowls, there’s an on-site dog run, and the Buena Vista dog park is just two blocks away.

Grab your hiking shoes or mountain bike and hit the trails! The Collegiate Peaks and more than a dozen 14ers are all within an easy drive, making Buena Vista an incredible basecamp for exploring Colorado's high country.

Arkansas River – seven-minute walk
Get out on the water for river surfing, kayaking, rafting, paddleboarding, or fly fishing! Whether you're looking for an adrenaline rush or a peaceful day casting for trout, the Arkansas is right nearby.

A Few Things to Know

No air conditioning: Like many Colorado mountain homes, the condo does not have air conditioning. Buena Vista's mountain climate typically brings cool evenings. Open the windows at night to enjoy the cool mountain air, then close them during the day if temperatures rise. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms provide additional airflow while you sleep.

Pets: Dogs are welcome, but sorry, no cats.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Security: A Ring Doorbell is located at the front door.

Check-in/check-out: Guest deadbolt codes are programmed to your reservation. Your code will not work before 4:00 PM on check-in day and will stop working at 10:00 AM on checkout day.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo during their stay. The condo has private access, and there are no steps between the parking lot and the condo, making arrival and unloading easy.
