This was a great property for two families to gather for a small reunion! Fit our group of 10 perfectly! Kudos to the hot water heater for keeping up with us as well! You can enjoy this cabin without ever needing to leave the property!

A fantastic place to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary with all 15 of us. Everyone had a blast. Our favorite place was the back porches.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We had 14 stay to celebrate a birthday and everything was amazing! From the cabin’s hot tub, pool table and accommodations to the community pickleballs courts…. We enjoyed it all! Thank you for helping to make wonderful family memories!

Great Time

The property was the exact as seen online. It was roomy and comfortable. It was perfect for my family and I. When needed, the host was easy to reach. We all had a great time.

Almost Perfect

This was our 2nd stay at this property for our fall girls' trip. We really like this house because of the views, back porch with fireplace, ample parking, and floorplan with plenty of room to spread out. Communication with Wanda and Nick was good; particularly important after the transition between owners. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the resort amenities. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the house. We spotted spiderwebs on the ceiling and the chandelier, saw roaches in the kitchen, and found wadded up fitted sheets in the master bedroom. All of these things can be easily addressed by changing housekeeping companies. One other note if you're not familiar with the Coosawattee River Resort: the roads are paved but very narrow with no shoulder and steep in places. It can be a little nerve-wracking driving at night.

For a large family or group, this is a great cabin that is close to all of the attractions in the area. We saw a lot deer, and the community is very safe.
