Exquisite Indeed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect launch pad for a Santa Fe experience. Basque Azul was an easy 15 minute ride from The Plaza and all of its restaurants, shops and attractions. Just far enough away from the lights of town, the stars fill the night sky like most of us never see in our big cities. Spacious and beautifully appointed and landscaped, this home has it all. On a private road, set on almost 2 acres of desert scape, you have the complete sense of tranquility that only comes with this much space You’ll love it...we certainly did !!

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND SURROUNDINGS

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was fantastic. Beautiful, and roomy home. So quiet and peaceful and yet only about 15 minutes from city hub. The home was very clean and having the two bathrooms next to each other downstairs was very convenient. Management was very attentive to any questions we had. One thing to note that would not change me highly recommending this home, the air conditioning. It was in the 80's when we visited and the bedrooms were very warm, and hard to sleep. We actually went out and bought our own fans. There are two split units that cover the whole house but they don't really reach the bedrooms. I would suggest adding a unit in each bedroom. The home was beautiful and unique. Beds were comfortable too!
Response from VrboOwner on 25 September 2026
Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! We're so happy you loved the peace and quiet, the easy drive into town, and those comfy beds. We really appreciate you being upfront about the bedrooms running warm, and we're sorry you ended up having to buy your own fans, that's not the experience we want for anyone. We've shared your feedback with the owner and are looking into better cooling options for the bedrooms so future guests sleep soundly. Thank you for recommending the home, and we'd love to welcome you back! _Mackey

We loved this house! It was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space to cook, eat, and hang out with the family. We thought the listing said 4 bedrooms, but it was really only 3 proper bedrooms, and an additional comfortable sleeping area in one of the living spaces.

Great for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really nice in a quiet neighborhood. It had (almost) everything we needed for a family get-together. Our only complaint is that the lower floor bathroom didn't have grab bars and there was no handrail on the staircase between the living room and kitchen area. This made it a bit difficult for one of our elderly family members.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 September 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and found the home well-suited for your family get-together. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bathroom and staircase, and we’ll certainly take this into consideration to make the space safer for all guests.
