This was a great experience! We loved this view and the central location to so many things we wanted to do. We like the ease of getting to the monorail and this would be an incredible place when the F1 comes to town! Great communication with the host but be sure to download the app before you go so it’s easy to contact them!

The room and location were perfect the views are A..the tub was amazing after walking miles!! A few things I would suggest is getting a plastic piece for the shower door on bottom as the water soaks the floor and can be a slipping hazard! And another frying pan. All in all great place! Definitely would stay again thank you!

This was perfect for, the room was exactly as described and the hotel was nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the casino. It was a 5 minute walk to the main pools. Loved it and would stay here again!!

We arrived late at night and check in at the desk was seamless. Tower 2 is a great location, with the restaurant downstairs and a nice pool area. Uber picks up at Tower 2 if you message the drivers. It's an easy walk to the MGM Grand and pool complex. We loved the view of the Sphere, it was relaxing at night to just sit and watch it! The kitchen was convenient. The king bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was a good one. Everything was as pictured (although I didn't realize there were two showers in addition to the huge bathtub. We plan to come back.

Nice view of the Sphere and surrounding areas including the small airport nearby (no noise). This is a 1BD/2BA with a pullout bed and not a 2 bedroom as described but it worked well and the pullout bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect for a Vegas get away, very close to everything, full access to all MGM facilities, complimentary valet parking, room was much bigger than MGM hotel rooms and luxurious. Full kitchen, amazing bath, wonderful huge bed, and the view of the Sphere made our Eagles trip. I would 100% rent this place again

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the hot water issue. However, we would like to clarify that we never refused to address the problem. The hot water system is maintained and repaired by MGM, and the issue was reported to MGM for service. As an individual unit owner, we do not have control over the building’s central systems or MGM’s repair schedule. We always make every effort to assist our guests and address any issues as quickly as possible.

Excellent property and host.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Signature Tower property. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has great views of the airport and even the sphere. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner.
