Bring the family and boat to this beautiful 5 bed, 3 bath house on a deep water, wide cove!
Gentle slope to the private dock (re-decked 2023), great for fishing, swimming or kayaking. House is only 2 yrs old. Huge firepit area - great for gathering & roasting marshmallows. 3 kings, 1 queen, 4 single bunks and 3 full baths with all amenities needed for a great family adventure on beautiful Lake Hartwell. The house sits on 1.25 acres and has plenty of space for parking cars or boat trailers. Master bedroom is on the main floor, has king bed, it's own bath and huge walk in closet. Additional king Bedroom on main shares bathroom with queen bedroom also on main. Upstairs there is a loft with a foosball table as well as 1 more king bedroom, bunk bed bedroom with 4 single bunks and a shared bath with double sinks. 5 burner cooktop and double ovens in the kitchen. Weber gas grille on the deck outside. 4 kayaks and paddles are down by the lake, Make sure to bring life jackets!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all stripped bedding (sheets and pillow cases not the bed spreads and blankets) and used towels in the laundry room.
Make sure ALL trash is bagged and placed in outside trash cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For May through August, Check outs are required to be on Saturdays on Sundays.

Wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house was very well appointed, very clean and fire pit and yard were a great place to hang out at night. The dock and cove were perfect for our boat, fishing and swimming. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. A great time was had by all….would definitely rent again.
