Best house ever! Private beach! Great view of water! Great host! This house was by far the best house we have ever rented for our vacation!Wayne was very nice and accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. Hope to go back next year!
Very cute beach house. We enjoyed our stay very much. Weather was beautiful, sunsets were gorgeous. Enjoyed playing in the sand, watching the crabs and the jumping fish every day. There were no recreational boats or jet skis it was very peaceful and quiet during our stay.
This is a new home in an ideal setting with fantastic views of the Bay. Very peaceful, lovely setting and very relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a lovely spot with a very up to date home, this is your place!
It was nice the yard had so many things to keep the kids occupied. It was disappointing the beach had may jellyfish but I hear that is unusual.

We really enjoyed hosting your family, and glad your family enjoyed all the water front/beach area had to offer! It would seem the big storm the Monday before your check-in washed in the jellyfish. Fortunately, this year we had not seen them before nor since. Welcome back anytime!
The house was lovely and the perfect size for us. We were disappointed with the steep drop-off to the water. We could not fit my husband's fishing kayak down the staircase to the water.
We had a delightful stay the last week of July. The house was clean and cute and the water was wonderful. We enjoyed how the water was shallow for hundreds of yards and we could walk out quite far. The last day there were too many jelly fish to play in the water but we enjoyed watching all the local wildlife from the beach chairs. The owners were very thoughtful and accommodating.tge home is in a very remote area, about 45 mins away from everything, which I really enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make lovely dinners at home. The mosquitos were a bit unbearable and we did need to make a trip to town for bug bite lotion, so I would recommend bringing some and some bug soray in the summer months. Overall it was a very delightful experience and we recommended it!

Thanks for booking our home this Summer! Periods of rain often can increase the number of mosquito’s, but thankfully most summers are quite dry on Elliott’s Island and fairly mosquito free! Thanks for sharing from your vacation with us.
This beach house was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing, and crabbing. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind.
